This place came highly recommended to me. The person that sent me there is well respected in the bike community but I will not say his name. The Google maps had me get off at exit 93 from the eastbound 10. I would suggest anybody going there to get off at exit 94 and go straight across 4th Street and they are right there after you cross the intersection.

I have been coming to this place for years and years. Kenny the owner is a really nice guy and knows what hes doing when it comes to motorcycles. I would refer him in a heartbeat. This is a great shop to have your bike worked on.

I need a primary cover gasket and they were the only one in 20 miles that had it I appreciate it theyre usually very good at everything thank you

Came to American V Twin today in a hurry with work I needed done ASAP due to a family emergency. The staff and mechanics were not only professional but took care of the work for me quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be returning for all future maintenance on my motorcycles.

Had a tire changed it cost $41.50 to change and $3.50for tire disposal. So I take my old tire with me to save them a hassle and me $3.50 but was still charged the full price of $45 bucks instead of 41.50 like I was told . the folks there are nice enough .so was it an honest mistake ; or not ???? My apologies for the misunderstanding I appreciate you and your staff for taking excellent care of me and my rim thanks for everything and will use you guy again

Kenny is an experienced Big Dog mechanic, and did excellent work on my bike for a reasonable price. I am very happy with his work, and will be use them again. It was well worth the drive.

My hand controls and mirrors were loose. Lost one mirror on the freeway driving my bike back from the shop. Fuel tank mounted crooked. Charge for a choke not installed, and never repaired my right turn signal. Got bike back with no turn signals at all. A RIP off.wont be back ever.

They are absolutely amazing. Not only are they cheaper than the Harley Dealer their hospitality is astounding. I feel like Im part of the family or a guest in their home. Will definately be coming back if need be.

This guy is a hack!! Kenny Sprat installed cheap foreign electrical parts in my Ultra Classic while it was still under the extended factory warranty. After 3 attempts he advised me he was not able to fix the bike because he needed to research what the trouble codes meant. But to bring him a check and i can bring the bike back when he gets it figured out.THIS GUY IS A HACK! DO NOT LET KENNY (REK UR HARLY) SPRAT TOUCH YOUR BIKE!!!By the way RIVERSIDE H.D. fixed it just fine and REBILLED the warranty people with out ever charging me a single dime.

Just an FYI ... Dont believe anything Mark says about anybody..
