Went in to see if they could mount a couple of tires for me, and they jumped right on it. The shop lot was full of work as was the shop. They didnt even hesitate. Just said to drop them by the door, and they would get them done.The counter girl was very professional, and very easy to deal with. I like small shops and this one is worth contacting regardless of what you ride!I would use them again!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. A great atmosphere and tons of options to upgrade your bike!

Amazing experience with these guys! Brought my street glide to them for a handlebar job, they had a small hiccup, but immediately made it right. Their shop foreman stayed after closing time and personally got my bike ready to go so I could be on it the same day they promised me it would be finished. Speedkings is a great place to bring your motorcycle or can am spyder to get a oil change, custom paint job, led lights or just about anything that you possibly need for your bike. Just ask for Big john or Doug!!!!

I. Took my bike here and they stole my dampers out my back tire. They didnt tell me they took it out. Just told me i need some new ones. They was supposed to tighten up my chain and thats it. Never going there anymore!!!!!

IHad an ECU Flash and Dyno done. Knowledgeable and friendly. Having said that clumsy, tune is great; but cost 2 clips broken off plastics in the process. Highly recommend SKCC for tuning needs but if you care about your plastics take em off ahead of time.

Chloe and Rex are very professional and informative, they will help you out the best they can, regardless if you are a new rider or experienced one. I will definitely come back with any issues with my motorcycle. Thanks guys!

Please dont take your motorcycle to speed King they are very unprofessional does not do work on time or one agrees with you, they also do poor quality work. I taking my bike to them 2 months ago for a simple carburetor repair from that point on it has been one Delay from the other also with each delayed Bay dun unauthorized repairs that started from a $130.00 repair to $415.00, I was not having no other issue and as I stated a lot of these additional repairs when I was on the authorized, when questioning them why was this done without my authorization the only thing that I was told well if you dont want it we could take it off but it would take time to do that this is the Dilemma! Leaving my bike there for additional however much longer just dont call remove the additional parts which could have caused them cause to sabotage my bike I just decided to get it and go while I can...PS: what Ive noticed from other bad reviews is that they will get on and Bash their customers!

My wife has a CanAm trike . Jon and his team have worked on Ruth improvements have been made with trial and error. We now are getting her powder coated. Our business will always go to Speedkings.

This place is Awesome, bought a set of white walls for a Honda Shadow Ive been working on and these guys were more than GREAT. Went in for tires and they help with little improvements on the bike with me have to ask or point anything out and Chloe made it real easy to order exactly what we were looking for on the bike, Honestly they are absolutely the Best Bike shop in Beaumont Texas. Thanks guys, will definitely recommend you every time I run into someone with a bike, I will definitely be bring my R1 to you guys.

Literally no reason to go anywhere else. They have done a lot of work on my bike and aside from a couple oopsies everything has been great. Very friendly team and Jon is a great down to earth guy!

Very good customer service. Helped me load and unload my bike they even looked over my bike and told me what they thought needed to be replaced. I brought it in to get the fork seals and dust covers replaced. They took off some pieces and didn’t put them back on, looked like they used the wrong size socket to unbolt the top part of the forks due to some deep engravings around the nut. Then when I got home I noticed the dust covers where at the bottom of the forks near the front calipers. My bike isn’t in the best condition but I didn’t expect that. All in all very nice people, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

They are a small shop that has endured some growing pains over the years but have advanced into a very professional shop. Jon is a top notch tuner that i recommend to anyone. He will have your bike running like a Swiss watch.

A great shop, I live in Louisiana and defintely don’t mind the hour drive to take my bike there. Have had my bike dynotuned multiple times (added parts) and left happy each time. The owner is very knowledgeable and will explain things to you in explicit detail, also very good pricing.

One of the worst places to take your motorcycle/scooter, they are very unprofessional. My scooter had a starting problem so I took it to them, it was with them for 8 days and not a single person had a look at it nor they call you to update when they plan to see your scooter. John the manager or owner has no courtesy to speak to the customer and explain if there is a delay what is the reason, on the 9th day when i took my scooter they dint even bother to ask what the reason for taking it back.learn how to service your scooter then there would be no wait, this is what the owner has to say if you get your motorcycle/scooter at this placeVery unprofessional I will never recommend this place to anyone.Advice to managementIf you are elbow deep in a project keep your customers informed about it and just dont give dates and if you dont want your customer to come and check the status on there ride then make sure your front desk calls and update them after all, thats what it is there for as whenever we ask them about the status they just redirect to you and they are clueless abt everything else.

The biggest plus they have is their attention to detail. Spotted a faulty brake problem on my bike, that I certainly appreciate. They also work well with insurance claims.
