The service Ive had there has been fine, friendly staff. But between this location and the Elliott street location its become extremely frustrating to not know what times each location is open/closed. For example, to only be open til 3:30pm during the weekdays is not only frustrating, but for someone who works the night shift it really throws my day off when I have always relied on getting my coffee before work at 7pm. I dont know its a staffing issue between both locations to cause these weird hours, but regardless it is super inconvenient.

Classic Starbucks. Baristas friendly enough but not exceptionally so. I did ask for a mostly dry cappuccino ( just a splash of milk) but it wasn’t close to that… a lot of milk.

My second time to this Starbucks the employees are friendly and you get your food and drinks in a timely manner.

Great location and friendly staff. I stop here 10 mins before my commuter rail train arrives and I havent missed a train yet, the employees are very quick and friendly. One of the best Starbucks Ive visited in my long distinguished coffee career.

Everything and everywhere the standard are same. I love Starbucks for their Mocha Frappe my favourite. But sometimes while there is heavy rush they mix up the orders from large to medium or so. If the customer is not aware of their sizes pay more for less.

This is the worst Starbucks! Always takes them over 20 minutes to make my one drink... I know it’s busy but it shouldn’t take that long every time I come. I have to order 10 minutes before I even leave my campus and half the time it’s still not ready! TheApp always says the wrong wait time for them to make it

The coffee was delicious the staff was polite they have plenty of tables with charging ports for mobile devices,wifi, etc. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Comfy chairs to sit back in. The coffee was way,way, over priced, the pastries were so over priced I didnt bother buying one.

This Starbucks is comfortable with a good amount of seating for getting work done. There are always people in here doing work. Staff is generally friendly and service is average for a Starbucks this busy - not too slow though. The advantage is that theres no drive through so all service is concentrated on the inside. Parking out back when its too busy in the front.

Terrible customer service.I bought espresso coffee from this location that was ground to the wrong setting. The thick grounds came out watery. I returned to the location to ask them to grind it to espresso setting. The manager refused to do so because he said grinding it would harm his machine.Go to Atomic Cafe in downtown Beverly. Amazing coffee and excellent service.

The location is fine, but parking is horrendous. I wish they had a drive thru like other local Starbucks locations. The staff weren’t very helpful when I had questions about a Menu Challenge on the Starbucks app. I don’t expect them to be app experts, but they weren’t even familiar with what I was talking about and made it seem like I was wasting their time by asking a simple question.

This location used to have some cool people working here but seems to be now mainly full of unfriendly impersonal robots. This probably wont bother most of their clientele since 99% of them are from Gordon college. The one on Elliot street is way better.

Watched as multiple new online orders were made in front of me and I almost missed my train. Drink was ok, but not as good as normal, probably due to rushing.

Overpriced coffee for stupid people who are happy to spend money needlessly and dont want to make coffee at home. I guess thats a formula to make a fortune. Wish I thought of it so Ill have to give it 5 stars.

Waited 25 minutes for a coffee. They need to get rid of mobile ordering, they clearly cant keep up with the customer volume. Wont ever go back again!

Went to the north Beverly one the other Starbucks was closed on Elliot street in Beverly it was still good,but Ill be glad to go back to the one on Elliot street,I didnt mind though because its across from the optical place had to get eyeglasses.

In my opinion, Starbucks are pretty much all the same, and this one was no different. Nothing to complain about, I ordered coffee, they gave it to me promptly.

They really have to teach their Baristas how to fill drinks properly. Twice in a row they overfilled my cold brews to the point that they spilled out from under the lid and drenched my shirts as I went to drink.

Love starbucks in general but ordered a grande iced coffee the girl gave me a broken top cover and my coffee ruined my pants because she was ignorant also no condiments available including sugar and milk when I asked it was a big problem like her job is difficult please. Otherwise okay not the best experience.
