I bought a ring from them and I was told if I bought it, it would be cleaned. When I asked the girl behind the counter if she could clean it for me she gave it to another girl and she took it to the back, a few minutes later she brings it out and says it’s clean. The ring was NOT CLEANED, it had dust in the crevices . And it looked smudgy. That is not costumer service. I would not recommend this pawn shop to anyone. The employees lie and smile to your face.

Horrible customer service! i had items stolen from my house and they refused to even take down information about the stolen items to see if it was in the store. Eugene specifically was anything but helpful and refused multiple times to listen to the information i was trying to tell him.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Spent almost $600 in there Saturday and they sold me a bogus tv. I bought 2 TVs and a laptop. One of the TVs keeps cutting off randomly on its own. They were closed Sunday so Monday (today) I called to see if I can exchange the tv I was told no and theres nothing they can do. I dont want my money back just a working tv. They dont appreciate their customers. I WILL NOT be returning nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

AT&T Rep here. They sold my customers a stolen disabled iPad that didnt even work on cellular. When I called to inquire about an exchange the rep told me No returns. He knew what it was when he bought it. We gave him a deal.A deal on a stolen ipad that cant even get past the lock screen? Shady dont do business with them!
