After ordering my entertainment system in January and paid for. I received it in March. The first delivery the delivery guy broke the bridge to it so they had to reorder it. Two weeks later when it came it was the wrong size, 3 weeks later it was broke again. So now its the end of May and I still dont have my completed system so I went to the store and complained and the workers told me the manager was not in but they will definitely compensation me because they felt my frustration. Well meanwhile they delivered a tv stand and didnt bring the shelves so the next day when they brought the shelves they was putting in the new TV stand that was supposed to be with my entertainment system and the delivery guy broke my vase, now when I called the store to tell them what happened they said the manager would call me. She called 40 minutes before closing and was very rude and unapologetic about me having to wait almost 5 months for my entertainment systeme to be completed and about my vase getting broke and offered me a insulting $60 dollars for my vase and nothing for all of the inconvenience. The vase was precious to me because I got that from my moms house after she passed away 3 months ago. She tried during the conversation to place blame on my husband for not moving the vase when the delivery guy moved everything else that was on the stand.

Came in here to buy a few pieces for my new place and I found a lot of cute sofas within my budget. Christina was a joy! She recommended a few options for my tiny living room, she was so patient with my indecisiveness and very knowledgeable! Great and positive attitude. Thanks so much! I will definitely be recommending!

Really good deals & installation is quick. Perfect if you’re a person that likes to move a lot. Very nice online selection of lamps just be sure to hold on to your copies lol, their system is funny sometimes

I stumbled into this store by driving by. being new to the area, i was looking for a new living room set. miss christina was very helpful and accommodating and answered all my questions politely and professionally with no problem. i will definitely be referring friends and family to her in the future!

Bought furniture back in December 2017Manager seemed very nice and accommodating but not true at all. Purchased with a lease agreement a bedroom set dresser came with no mirror and manager promisedTo provide a mirror in a few days, never happened called him several times and every time got one lie after another he has never triedTo make this right and has never called me. I stop calling after awhile and now stuck with a dresser with no mirror. Told the leasing agent they are horrible and don’t stand by their word at all. Will be also reporting them to the better business bureau because it’s not right to treat people this way when we are giving your establishment business. Buyers please be aware save yourself time and a headache and go elsewhere because all that glitters is not gold.

Just recently purchased my sectional from and I got a really great price. Thankfully, my sectional was already in stock and I didnt have to wait the 5 to 10 business days it takes for them to receive your order. Do yourself a favor look around but dont put your order in until Mondays for Ashley Furniture. Otherwise youll feel frustrated waiting for something that will take infinity to come in.

Their is one employee name Debra who is very rude and speak to Customers in a very disrespectful way. I cant believe they have people working for them with such nasty attitudes. Thats a quick way to loose potential paying customers.

Got mattress two years ago.. ) with a 10-year 2 springs is popping out of it. And now they wont even honor the warranty do to a small stain on the mattress. And now employees wouldnt even give me the corporate phone number! So now Im out of $75 for them coming to my house for them telling me that they can exchange mattress!

Kimberley has great customer service and she helped me get my layway set up but it’s one worker there that has a nasty attitude! I called just to see if it was possible for me to come into store to make arrangements to put money down on my layway this week and she was very very rude! It was just a simple yes or no! NO attitude was needed nor wanted!

I found this business from a friend on Facebook and they definitely have the lowest prices around. They delivered our bedroom set and i have to say the delivery guys were terrific. We had to move our old set to the basement and they offered to help us do it. Big thanks to Tim and Primi.

DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE FROM THE FLOOR STAFF TO THE MANAGERS...THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY SOLD ME A BED, I OPENED THE BOX AND IT HAD RUST ALL OVER IT. This place is ridiculous....I been waiting almost a month to receive my furniture ....on top of that their customer service is TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE .....nasty atitudes!!!!!! I would never go back or recommend anyone shopping there unless u cant wait a month for ur product !!!!

This furniture store has some pretty cheap deals . I was greeted right away by Christina . She helped me find the right mattress as well . I found a bedroom set for under 800 . She said it would take about 2 weeks to get but it came in about 5 days later.

The customer service is HORRIBLE . The employees are very rude and unprofessional. The products are generic and employees are trained to falsify information to make a sale. The delivery time is way too long and they dont issue refunds or have a corporate office.This store needs to be restaffed or closed down immediately. Never again will I visit a bargain store.

I would never prefer anybody to go here they are the worse people to by furniture from they are liars. They dont order your funiture on time but they quick to take your money
