A bit pricey but there always helpful

Always helpful.... But not the greatest prices . and they dont always have the parts I need... If I can I buy online.

Couldnt test my part had to order a new one as they didnt have it in stock either.

Had most of the parts in stock and the rest were ordered and I picked everything up the next morning. It was later in the day so I was not expecting that quick of a time to pick up and the prices were lower for the better quality of parts so it was a win-win stop. The service was very good and quick, they answered all the questions I had and look up prices for the parts & supplies for my next couple projects I have been getting ready to start on. After all that they had all the parts on a cart and took them out and loaded them up in the trunk for me without any hesitation I didnt even ask they just came out from behind the counter and headed for the door with the cart asking which vehicle was mine. The always seem to go the extra that the others wont and that why I continue doing business there.

Very courteous and the teller went out of her way to make sure I got the right windshield wipers for my car and then went out and put them on.👍

Theres always a problem when I buy parts here.. I would probably use another store.

Im from New Mexico and we broke down 11 miles east of Cambridge. We got towed to advance auto parts parking lot and they were super awesome. They didnt mind we slept in the parking lot and were fine with us working on the car in their lot all day. They lent us tools and even called one of their mechanic friends to try to help us out. They really helped us get back on the road quickly. Highly recommend this place for anyone who had auto issues

I’ve bought a bunch of parts here over the years. Usually get good deals on decent parts. There have been a few occasions that I haven’t gotten a quality part, but that’s to be expected. Service is good at times, just ok at others. I like using the internet coupons here to save a little money.

We paid $173.19 for a new top of the line battery which is fine, but the reason I gave this 2 stars is the customer service. The guy that installed our battery was also fantastic and really nice. Where it went wrong was management. He was almost done, just had to put back on a few bolts when he was called inside by his manager I presume to ring up customers. About 30 min later people were still pouring in the store so we went inside to move it along because we couldnt wait all day so I got back in line to ask if he could finish up our car so we could leave. She (the manager) told him that he needed to ring up customers first because ours was a free service to install the battery. After us waiting for over a half hour and spending almost 200 dollars in their store and not going over to AutoZone, she was very rude to us like we didnt matter because the service was free.
