Simple small store but great service. Love the hand wash tester station. No plastic storage, everything is either glass or other non-plastic material.

I visited Aesop with my boyfriend few weeks ago, the sales lady is very friendly and detailed-oriented. Weve tried some signature skin care products ( toner and serum) with her help and I finally picked a product which seems a good fit for me - Bitter Orange Toner. The sales lady also gave us so many samples to let me and my boyfriend try at home. Ive using the Bitter Orange Toner and sample serum & purifying facial exfoliate for a while. I can see my skin has an obvious change after I start to use Aesop. It becomes more softer and balance than before. Especially I feel very hydrated in the morning (I usually apply serum before bed). Im so happy to do my skincare with Aesop products everyday and will keep exploring more with this brand!

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff help you navigate through a dizzying array of natural beauty products. Large store, interesting layout and presentation. Parking is always challenging in Harvard Square, but this location is a short walk from the MBTA red line Harvard Square subway station. Highly recommended.
