I used Group Gear for a custom order of giveaway products for an upcoming club fair. From the beginning we stressed that it was essential we had the items in time for our club fair. A few days ahead of the fair, a representative of Group Gear mentioned that the items were due to arrive several days after the deadline. The person I spoke with was completely unaware of our deadline and couldnt even commit to confirm with their supplier later in the week if the items could be expedited. Im very disappointed by Group Gear and do not recommend them. If you need items delivered on-time, do NOT depend on them.
