I went there with a time crunch for my wedding and he did everything possible to make the embroidery on the gift throws just perfect. Beautiful, Fast, and Great Customer Service. I placed a last-minute custom design order for a t-shirt and a canvas bag for an important gift. The online ordering process was easy and quick, and uploading custom design graphic was surprisingly simple. They offer free delivery options to any of their locations and I originally picked Cambridge for pick up, but ended up picking up in Attleborough as I needed it right away. I received helpful text message updates the following morning and coordinated the same-day pick up with the staff member. The price was not low, but competitive for the quality and customer service. The shirt is made of very soft and smooth stretchy material, while the canvas bag is of solid quality and detailing. Very happy with the results. Thank you!

Over the top outstanding customer service!! I have been trying to get a few shirts embroidered as a Christmas present to my boyfriend’s father (secretly my boyfriend as well) with their company logos. I tried for days to find a place to embroider shirts I had already bought at Macys with minimal luck until I found T Customize. Their customer service is beyond the best I have ever experienced! They were extremely patient with me, even with all of the demands and confusion of the way I needed the order completed. They were extremely professional. Not only that but they went above and beyond for my order! If you can’t make it, don’t tell me you can. If the machine will have 50% of punch a hole on the clothes, please tell me earlier so I can find another better shop and don’t waste my time.Finally, please don’t call the POLICE officer to chase me out of the booth, when I was thinking either to do the embroidery or not.

I ordered a T-shirt for my wife for Birthday and at the last minute, I realized that I had accidentally received amens T-shirt instead of the mens one I had ordered. Not only did omar responded to my customer service email immediately, but he sent the correct order overnight and let me keep the mens T-shirt! Quick turnaround, easy to work withOn Dec 15th, I approached T Customize and three other local companies with a design for 24 shirts of various sizes and colors. The other three companies were unable to take the order until after the holidays, but T Customize got back to me almost immediately with per-shirt cost and some suggestions about printing on different sized shirts. They were done on time, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. Awesome!
