Very great service and amazing foods. The pizzeria is very friendly and attentive. The food fills you up and is extremely delicious. I recommend this place for families and college students! Awesome owner too! Did I forget to mention that the prices are also reasonable.

We are deep in the pandemic and this restaurant has not worn their masks through it all. The employees and kitchen staff have naked faces. You don’t see this when you order delivery. Spare yourself and your delivery driver the COVID and order elsewhere.

Neither the person working behind the counter nor the person making pizzas was wearing a mask (8-18-20). In general, Primos pizza is just fair with crust made of what tastes like highly processed white flour. The other ingredients are of higher quality. Ive only had the pizza and I cannot recommend it if you have an alternative.

I went to Primo Cambridge around New Years when I took a trip to Boston, i was walking to Central Square from my hotel in Kendall Square. It’s a small spot, but the pizza was affordable & the guy behind the register greeted me right away. Great pizza, great staff.

Came here for the first time and will be my last. I order a small pizza and chicken wing dinner (i tried ordering a sub but their grill wasnt working)at 5:07 they tell me 20 minutes. I go in and the man at the register sees me and my kids come in and TURNS his back towards the kitchen for whatever reason as I stand there for a few seconds the lady IN THE KITCHEN greets me and he then turns around and asks did you order for pick up no hello, hi nothing. I answer him and by now its almost 5:40. He tells me a few more minutes I wait 8 more minutes until the food is handed to me I say thank you and he says NOTHING. HE TELLS ME 20 MINUTES AND THE FOOD TAKES OVER 40 MINUTES. I get home open the chicken wing dinner and there goes 5 BABY CHICKEN WINGS. I definitely took a picture and will be posting on here. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! BRING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Best cheese pizza in central square

First time Ive ever been to a roast beef restaurant that doesnt have roast beef on the menu.

Ate at primos today for the first time. Got a super beef with sauce mayo and cheese. It was terrible. The worst roast beef sandwich I have ever had. Super beefs are one of my favorite meals. I was extremely let down. I will not be back.

Pretty solid place for inexpensive and quality pizza/subs. Take out is quick and easy and you can order online. Huge and delicious calzones (buffalo chicken and steak are both good in the moment and left over).

I definitely love their pizza, garlic bread, chicken parmesan sub, and their caesar salad Ive tried so far. I totally recommend trying more of their foods there. Awesome stuffs!

Delivery was over 30 minutes late when we are less than 1 mile away. Buffalo wings are not buffalo but just plain. Our pizza tastes okay but its borderline cold. We wont be back!

Ive ordered online and after 45min window it still wasnt delivered. They said its in the system but it didnt print out so its NOT their fault. And they wont give me compensation. They make it then, and it will take another 45 min so I ended canceling the order. Owner doesnt care about your satisfaction and doesnt know how to take a responsibility.

Ordered a chicken finger sub. It came with bread, lettuce, and 3 pieces of chicken for 8 dollars. I called and they were not negotiable at all and will not be going back again.

Wonderful people and great pizza!

I told them specifically just a very small amount of yellow mustard and I get my sub back frosted like a cake with it. Poor quality pastrami as well.

I ordered a buffalo chicken sub with blue cheese, bacon and tomato. I received two pieces of cardboard like chicken (fried super hard) with no buffalo sauce, mayo on the bottom, tomato and a few chips of bacon on top. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUB I HAVE EVER HAD. The chicken alone was hard (hockey puck) and very dry. When I called to tell them what I received they explained that they had new help in the kitchen but nothing further. He didnt even offer to fix it. Thats just poor customer service. I even tipped the driver 4 bucks.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
