Came here specifically for 1/2 off shakes, but since it was 5:48 and they closed at 6 they wouldn’t do shakes. Also took out a bunch of their ice creams by 5:50 including the one my husband liked best. 10 people came by hoping to get ice cream after 6, weird closing time (though the whole mall seems to close at that time Sunday). Kinda bummed.

I went in there to get my daughter an ice cream and was saddened to see another child with a watery milkshake the mom was hoping to resolve.... the workers were indifferent. You think a huge chain could just be nice and remake....... no, worker stood her ground holding up line, in the end she said Sorry, no returns; I cant sell it to anyone else. What a weird response. Go across the way to Rubys for a milkshake instead. No way to contact store mgr. on site so I posted here. Company must not care much about the customer. #1 for an ice cream shop should be happy kids.

Great staff. The girls were doing a great job serving the huge line of customers with pretty fast pace.

Really good but was a little runny. We love Haagen and get it every time we travel! Only a 4 star due to the ice cream being a little runnier than usual but would still highly recommend.

This place lacks good servive. The 2 stars are for having the good ice cream I got. Three girls and one guy that work there they all seemed careless.

The owner, Lucy, does not take cleaning seriously. The back of the shop is nasty, I went to drop off a delivery and couldnt believe how filthy it was. Would not eat here if I was you.

I came in around 3-4ish on saturday may 19th and there were three women behind the bar! They were the nicest people ever and provided great customer service, I wish i got their names! One blonde girl helped this guy and gave him a sample for his daughter, and the two other girls with brunette hair made sure me and my fiancé were being helped and they were so kind. definitely the nicest people at the outlet! And the milkshake we got was one of the best milkshakes ever!
