Great customer service! Rosa was very friendly and patient! Today was my first time coming to this starbucks location, I really enjoyed the coffee and will come again!

I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream, the employee gave us the cold brew without the cream. I asked for sweet cream and he said it would cost extra. When he put the cream in, he put way more then I asked. Then I asked for a chocolate croissant and he said it wasn’t available. I then asked what was and he told me to that they only had a few things. Overall, bad customer service and availability.

Worst Starbucks ever. Did not let me scan my app for points.Says the bakery items are 250 points when it’s clearly mentioned that it’s 50 points on my app.Horrible service.

I was there yesterday, terrible customer service. The guy that was there was an overweight young guy that looked like he hated his life, job and wanted to jump off a bridge. I stood in line a while, was never acknowledged, and took his sweet time to take my order because he was too busy doing other things but clearly saw me standing there. When I finally did order, it was like I was an inconveniencing his life. He made my drink, put it on the counter and never said a word. Now I don’t expect to be treated like a princess but a simple hello would have been nice. Safe to say I will never order from there again.
