I had the greatest experience at this location! This was the first and only place that I went to look for a dress. She sat down and took the time to get to know me and take all of my interests and style into consideration. She pulled a few dresses for me to try on, and each was the style and fit that I wanted! The fourth dress that I tried on was the perfect one for me! I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to choose B.Bella! She makes you feel comfortable and beautiful, and she is so encouraging and full of knowledge.

Before she ever touched a hanger, Belle sat down and talked to my daughter about who she is, what she likes and how she envisioned her wedding. In the time they spent talking, Belle was able to hone in on the perfect dress. Although she tried on five dresses, it was the first one she tried on that ended up being THE dress. The pandemic made planning a wedding very stressful. We had to cut back on our invitation list considerably, which was not an easy thing for any of us, especially the bride. But when the day came, she was absolutely beautiful, The classic elegance of her dress and veil were breathtaking!

As if finding my dream dress wasn’t perfect enough, the experience that came with it at Boutique by B.Belle made it even more special!! The wonderful women here made me feel beautiful and made sure to put me and my ideas of what I had in mind first. To top it off, they made my 4 year old daughter feel super special as well in making sure she felt included and like a princess too. They shared recommendations on where to get jewelry, flowers, bridesmaid, and flower girl dresses which was very helpful. They actually closed at 6 on the day that we went but we actually didn’t get finished up until about 7, however, not once did they make me feel rushed or stressed for time. They offered champagne and water to my party that was with me and I can honestly say that every minute spent there was enjoyable. My experience there was great! I had made an appointment to try on wedding dresses to figure out what type of dresses I liked. The Staff was welcoming and offered us seating and drinks when we walked in. She then sat with us and tried to get a feel of what I wanted in a dress and what my budget was. She picked several dresses that fit my description and helped me try them on. She was most helpful in describing the dresses and explaining what all went into getting a dress altered. I live in Milwaukee and am in town for the weekend visiting family in Charleston. My mom, aunt, and I walked in without an appointment and both Alyssa and the other young woman working greeted us. They had an appointment coming in soon but they still accommodated us. I tried one dress on within my budget and another that was out of my budget, and they did give me a heads up. I absolutely loved it and bought it that day- today. I liked the look and feel of the boutique, the girls were great, and the dress is beautiful. Alyssa has beautiful gowns. Well worth the trip.

After going to multiple bridal stores in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, etc., I had no intentions of getting my dress in Charleston, however, my girlfriend in the area kept telling me about The Boutique by B. Belle. And after trying on at least 20 dresses in different boutiques, I decided that it was worth a shot, and I am so happy that I did! The whole experience was tailored to me and what I was looking for. Jillian has only been working there for 6 months, and seemed like she had been helping girls find their dream dress for years! Since I randomly made a last minute appointment during the week, my family and friends were not able to come with me, but Jillian and Belle (the owner) made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase, and gave me the input that I needed to make the correct decision on my dress. The Boutique by B.Belle Events is AMAZING. I have tried on so.many.wedding.dresses at other shops and by the end of it I felt like they all started to look the same and they lacked something special. I thought I was going to have to settle but then I went to The Boutique by B.Belle Events and I was WOWed.I live out of town (~3.5 hours), and I went with my Mother in Law and sister to be. We had the entire shop to ourselves and had the full attention of Alyssa and Belle who helped recommended a few fantastic dresses and listened to my preferences and my wedding style. Their selection of dresses was far superior to local (DC/Richmond and smaller shops in VA and PA) that I had visited. I felt Alyssa tried much harder than other shops to get me the best visual by clipping and pinning me into the dress as necessary, even though it took longer.I never felt rushed, or pressured to buy. In the end, I not only found an awesome one-of-a-kind dress I was so happy to work with Alyssa and Belle that Im willing to drive as far as need be because I know my wedding dress will be perfect. :-) Thank you, Alyssa & Belle!

I called all the way from Nashville to ask if they had certain dresses in stock. I spoke to Belle and gave her a very very long list to look through. She did it with a smile. She was super friendly and helpful! She was willing to order in EVERY SINGLE dress on my list for me to try on and charge me nothing for it! I had the BEST and most memorial experience Saturday as I said Yes to the Dress!! All of the staff, especially Belle, was so accommodating and made my special day a success and stress free from the moment we walked in! Thestaff takes the time to know each bride and her style so that they can adequately find the dress of her dreams! They had such a a wide selection of gowns, and because they take the time to know each bride, I actually said yes to the dress on the first dress! They take their time with every customer and make every bride feel like a queen. I couldnt have dreamed of a better experience!!! So thankful to be working with B. I visited the boutique with only 4 months until my wedding and I was ridiculously nervous. I am not a size 0 by any means, typically I wear a 10 in jeans so my wedding dress size is about 14-16. I had already tried on dresses in Beckley and my experience wasn’t the greatest. I’m not super comfortable with my body and I was terrified of being chastised for my weight and budget of $1,000 but let me tell you my experience was AMAZING. The women at the shop showed me that I can look good in anything and pushed me out of my comfort zone which was exactly what I needed to find my perfect dress. I was wishing for a magical experience and they delivered beyond my wildest dreams. They were so kind, excited, and uplifting. It was truly an utterly amazing and wonderful experience. I fell in love with this place from the moment I walked in. It felt as if I was in a scene from sex in the city in New York. Its vintage look is amazing and set the perfect mood for what I was looking for. Belle greeted me warmly and I felt as if I was shopping with my friends. She was extremely helpful and understanding. We were last minute shopping for prom and walked in here hoping to find something. The first dress was my daughters pick and it was beautiful. The staff was so nice and the seamstress had her fixed up and out the door in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend them.
