Super friendly staff and amazing bagels. The owners must have some type of connection to New York with a traditional bagel receipt like this. My usual is a toast sesame bagel with lox cream cheese and it never disappoints. I am so glad I finally found The Bagel Spot and my New Yorker husband is just as satisfied.

Great bagel and great cream cheese. However the sandwiches are so overpriced. I got the veggie which only has lettuce tomato onion capers and cream cheese and paid 6.13. That is crazy based on how much they charge for just a single bagel (99 cents). Id go here again for a bagel and cream cheese but the sandwiches just arent worth the price.

The best bagels on the East side of Cherry Hill. The sister store, The Bagel Place has the best bagels on West side. So, whichever vicinity youre in, you can experience the best bagels. Theres a great selection, and theyll make them with whatever you want, different flavors of cream cheese, theres lox, tuna, fresh pesto... Yum. Dont forget to try either place for the best bagels/sandwiches in S. Jersey.

This is the second time I tried ordering through Door Dash and it was cancelled. I was picking it up, so it wasn’t an issue of having a driver available to deliver. Tried calling the store to see what wasn’t available and maybe place a new order by phone, but went right to voicemail. I ended up sitting outside for 15 mins for no reason (I was in the area so I figured I would stop on my way home). Would have gone inside, but after waiting I was irritated and looked to be only doing delivery and curbside anyway. Extremely frustrating.

Delicious bagels and polite people. Only downside is that they always run out of the specialty bagels early during the day. I went around 10 am or so. Other than that, no complaints here.

I have lived on Chapel Avenue only two minutes from The Bagel Spot for many many years. Great childhood memories were spent when my father used to get bagels from here and bring them home to watch Saturday morning cartoons with the family. Since then I have moved 2 hours away but I still very often visit my family home. Ive stopped in here a couple times since Ive moved away and I am very unhappy. Since then this shop has changed. The product itself has changed, the bagels arent as consistent or as big as they used to be. The workers in there are very rude. While youre waiting for your order you can hear them saying bad things about previous customers. At least two or three times that Ive got in there my bagel order has been wrong and Ive had to go back so that they can fix it. Even when a worker verbally confirmed twice the details of my order and still gets it wrong. And how overpriced it has become is ridiculous. I used to love this place but save your money or your time and find something else.

Hot bagels that dont need to be toasted, doesnt get any better! Soft not a tooth breaker (been there done that) from here, not to mention yummy 😋. Other reviewers have gone into various other menu items and specific bagel flavors and that was than. On my visits bagels have been hot and tasty, served up by a friendly staff. Nuff said, enjoy.

Ive been getting bagels here since Talk of the Town supermarket was in the shopping center 20 years ago. bagel spot is hands down the best place for bagels in cherry hill. You can find better in Philly and NYC but in South Jersey, nothing better then right here.

You need to try the vanilla walnut cream cheese. It was amazing and delicious. If you need something catered, highly recommended! Also, Karen is like everyones grandma and just adorable.

My husband and I really wanted to like this place. The problem isn’t the food, the problem is the customer service! We order the same thing every time we go and almost half the time it’s wrong. I see that the order is written on the bag they place the bagels in, so even if the person putting together our order forgets something, we still get charged. And it’s a to-go place so we never go back to get the order corrected. We went on a Saturday around noon and the people working up front were so rude and short with us, you would have thought we strolled in at 2:59 (they close at 3:00) and tried to order a ridiculous amount of food. That was the last straw.

The bagels are still the best NY bagels to get in this area, but their lox special is overpriced, the bagels are getting smaller and many of the workers are rude to the patrons. The last time I was there they were unbelievably discourteous towards a high school-aged lady sent by her family. Though they are head and shoulders above their competition, I wont be patronizing them because of mistreatment of that nature.

They recently added vegan cream cheeses to their menu! I used to get bagels and take them him to add my own topping but now I can get it all at the store!

Bagel quality is a tad inconsistent. Ive found the veggie bagels are usually small & hard with little veggie flavor. The everything are usually good and the other flavors are hit or miss.Their cream cheese blends, though, are to die for!

This place has gone downhill since the 90s. The bagels are never consistent and look as is they are just rushed from the machine to the the racks with little emphasis on shape and as much effort is put into the seed distribution. And most of all, no meats, no eggs.. so much missing from the menu for breakfast and lunch sandwiches to remain competitive. Seriously I cant get a bacon egg and cheese on an everything but I can get large pizzas? Go to BAGEL ZONE off of 541. Thats the best bagel place in the area for the same reason South Street Philly Bagels was great like The Bagel Spot used to be good and The Bagel Place before then.

This is a true Cherry Hill institution, and for good reason- a fresh bagel from here is a warm, savory sphere of bliss. The only issue is that you have to come here in the morning, since they sell most of the bagels by noon.

I was there this morning and they were closed for passover. There was another man there also on a bicycle. I was looking in the window to see and relay to the person on the phone what kind of bagles they made. An older woman walked up and said excuse me I answered her. The guy on the bike said that they are closed to which she replied quite rudely that there is a sign. She turns to me again and says can I help you in a very rude manner. I said no.... I am just relaying what kind of bagels there are her... to which she said again... there is a sign there. Then she produces a key... opens the door and goes in and locks it behind her without a backwards glance. I was looking for a place to get bagels and such for meetings and corporate events for my company.i work for a large company. That womans rudeness cost them a lot this morning. I have no choice but to assume that I was treated in such a poor fashion because I am black.
