Told us he will charge us 120 for screen fix on iPhone xr. He never told us is was 20$ Extra for a screen protector just charged our credit card and put it on the phone without our permission. Very ignorant and money hungry

Yo, this guyFixed my iphone 11. It was cracked had lines all over it. $120 in a half hour the phone looks like the day I bought it. He was knowledgeable about the iOS settings and I also bought really cool light up chargers and cords as stocking stuffers. I have only good things to say, I am impressed guys. He handed me the phone and I was shocked by the craftsmanship. A pluS work. Right in the mall.

My fathers iPhone wash smashed had it repaired and it wasn’t working properly we went to Cherry Hill mall and saw a kiosk, my father gives the phone to Arnold and he figured out what was wrong with it within seconds. They were able to replace my switch backplate even when all the screws were striped and they didnt charge a fortune they also put screen protectors on my phone for absolute free which great definitely recommend

Came here after Apple store refused to clean out dirt from the charging port of my iPhone which was preventing my phone from charging because it would take too long, went here and they fixed it in literally under a minute if not maybe 30 seconds and now my phone works perfectly good as new. The guy was so nice and polite and even made me laugh and it was the best experience I ever had. Have an issue? Come here because they are the best place to get electronics fixed and are very reasonable and very much kind and polite. Thank you for saving me time and giving me great customer service!!!

Terrible! I went less than a month ago for a screen replacement only to see that in that time the screen is lifting from the back plate. NO physical damage yet they do no help. What a joke. Don’t waste your $100 go to apple who will charge more but do it right

ISSUE AND UPDATEBasically I have an iPad 2017 that had a broken power button and volume buttons. The home screen button was working with fingerprint scanner and was charging.SATURDAY 9/27 After they fixed the volume and power buttons it wouldnt be a charge and the finger print scanner wasnt working along with the home button being semi stuck/wobbly but working.I called and complained. After a little back and forth they agreed to look at it and fix it on Monday.MONDAY 9/29 Basically everything works fine now but the fingerprint scanner doesnt work. Everything else is perfect and the button itself is good but its not scanning no matter what ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ 😓 they didnt charge for the repair either and was nice and professional.Besides that theyve done good work in the past for me for the phones and screens if tablets they have fixed. 👍 but in this one instance since I did bring them a tablet that had a working scanner and now they cant figure out how to fix it, Im deducting points. 😤For this they only get 3 stars from me. 🤔

They have in there website the can fix any Apple Watch and pictures, I sent the request but nothing happened, so I called and they said they only fix new Apple Watch series, FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Love this guys ! 5 stars customer service ... They do really good job...i had a cracked Iphone X and give them call. They answered my call as soon as i call and i told my issue with the phone and they invited to me to their cart in Cherry Hill Mall last Saturday and they checked my phone and offered 2 kind of screen and they explained the difference between the two screens very well. After that i left my phone and Arnold called maybe less than 20 min. I went to pick my phone up and checked it there was no difference than old screen the only thing was my phone was looking brand new :))) Thanks for your help guys. Definitely ill be back !!!

Absolutely the worst place. STAY AWAY. Take your money and don’t take any responsibility on a repair they did. Brought in iPhone X for repair, charged $200. Phone died a few days later. Took it back to the stand and was told that their policy is no refunds. I can see why bc they’d be out of business if they refunded everyone whose phones they broke.STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. Manager completely uncooperative.UPDATE: Got a text over an hour later offering for me to come back to get the screen replaced which is actually what I asked for when I was at the kiosk...either fix what they broke or refund. the answer was the phone was dropped and they wont do either as per their policy.I went to the mall twice in the last two days and I dont have time to go back and forth.Nice fake comments added in the last couple of hours. Check out Hassans profile...he must be the owner or some other kiosk owner.My suggestion is to take care of your customers right away and not after they left you an honest review.

Beware, did damage to ipad when replacing screen. Did nothing to repair, replace or refund. $139 down the drain. Would rate less than 1 star if possible.ONE MONTH LATER and still nothing, received emails from Project Manager stating that the store will contact me, and NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Terrible technical service, ZERO customer service.ANOTHER FEW MONTHS LATER and ZERO! Never even received a call or email from the franchise only broken promises from corporate office.BEWARE spend your money with the other guy at the other side of the mall. My phone was cracked for 9 months and this dude looked at for 2 seconds literally and was like sir, your screen protector is cracked, not the phone screen itself..... Bought a phone case here today for 16 dollars only for it not to completely fit my phone and the design (sparkly and semi-transparent) to be a fairly flimsy transparent case with a sparkly insert. And of course they dont offer refunds :/ not a happy customer

I usually fix my own stuff but I was in a bind for time and my son decided it was a good idea to throw my iPhone 6s plus at the concrete. I use this phone for my job and cannot be without it. Within 20 mins of visiting this store my phone was fully operational. Whoever was working tonight around 6 please thank him again.

The service was fast but I am not happy with the way my phone turned out. The screen they put on my iPhone to repair my cracked screen, causes my phone to look very dim and dark. I feel like I wasted $80. I am not a happy customer and I would not recommend this company to others.

Brought my iPhone 6 in for a cracked screen. When I went to pick it up I immediately noticed the Touch ID fingerprint scan was not working and the guy told me to take it home and do a restore which of course did nothing. Brought it back a few days later and they kept asking if it Was working before in brought it to them, basically insinuating that Im trying to scam them. They also reset my phone without permission. Do not take your phones here! Read the other reviews. ALL NEGATIVE. MyPhone is still not fixed

Took my phone here at 1:00 for a screen repair. They tried fixing it 3 times, their screen didnt work. They didnt want to give me my money back. Finally walking away at 4:30 with my BROKEN SCREEN BACK ON THE PHONE. never ever go here dont waste your time or money. HORRIBLE.

I brought them my working phone to have the battery replaced. My phone was never worked on before. When I went to pick it up I first noticed that the mount for one of the screws was broke and the phone case was marred. They tryed telling me that it was like that before.and it wasnt. And on top of they broke my home button. They refused to fix my phone telling me it was my problem. I was left with a brining phone and no way with my job to communicate with me. I tryed to get my phone repaired by apple and they said it was unrrpairable. I had to end up buying a iPhone 5 (a downgrade) because the campanula will not help me.
