Amazing customer service! I came in today for a warranty replacement on a screen protector and was met with outstanding service. I was on my way within 3 minutes. I also must note that the representative that took care of me really did put a huge smile on my face.

Wasn’t even in the mall. Online it said they were opened and they weren’t open. It’s like the store vanished

I have received good service at this kiosk in the past. Terrible service today. First, thr employee wasnt at the kiosk. Ther person babysitting it for ther employee couldnt do anything except temp me to return in 10 minutes. I returned in 10 minutes. I then spent 15 minutes waiting as the employee screwed up the needs of another customer, had to go get change, had to do a return on the wrong items, had to try to find the right items for the customer, then had to go get more change. All with no apologies to me for the extraordinary wait. I couldnt take the ineptitude any longer and left.

This is the second screen replacement I have gotten from Zagg. Richard at the Cherry Hill Mall was very helpful. He cleaned my phone thoroughly, before he put the new screensaver back on. He also cleaned the case and the back of the phone. He put the screen on with absolute Precision. He was very helpful and pleasant. I really love my ZAGG screen saver. I was concerned that when he took it off, that maybe my screen had been broken. But it was not broken and the screen itself is in perfect condition beneath the screensaver.

I went and paid extra for them to put it on so that no dust and bubble would be trapped underneath if I did it. They trapped dust and when I told the guy who worked on it and put it on he said it’s a dusty place and tried to get some out but wouldn’t put in a replacement so that there’s actually no dust. No only that but there’s bubbles throughout

So helpful and friendly. In and out in minutes.
