I worked here as a holiday shipper and packer. I loved how I felt like a family and was treated fairly. sometimes their items can be expensive but in my mind the products are 100% worth it. customer service is fantastic and everyone in the office always ha a smile on their face!

I want to commend Anthony and Amber from the Cherry Hill facility. They are two great customer service reps! They helped me with a return, walking me thru the process. They were patient and kind to an 84 year old customer. Again a big thanks to you both!

Kitchen Kapers always has everything you need and always has lots of great people to help you find whatever you want. Plys its fun just to walk around the storrs or website.

This place has very kind workers, but know this is a corporate office and is not a normal kitchen kapers store.
