They need a longer hose for when people with no common sence park at the water pump then go shopping inside for other than water coins .. Other than that they are the best!! @calicleanmobilewash

The guys who work in the Artesia 3D products location are very helpful and knowledgeable. On every occasions I stop in and find the store already occupied with customers, but Im am always greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door. These guys pay special attention to the needs of their customers and can always be found advising someone on the proper use of products. On occasion they will hold how to seminars to really give an in depth preview of their stuff?These guys also helped me start my Detail business in February, they sold me my equipment and products to get me started. Since then I have serviced 40 plus clients and have met some really cool detailers in there store.

Store closes before advertised hours and also opens after advertised hours. I came in for one item but an employee said they were closed and walked away. I came in the next day and they opened late and didn’t even have the item. Complete waste of time.

Came to them to see if they could buff my car to remove a scratch. Did not even try to do it because it would not make a difference and the rep said he did not want to make me lose $30 or whatever it cost. Fast, honest, professional.

Worst owner ever he calls customers names and he dont give you the water you buy and he tells people that we are stealing from him when we just want the right amout we pay for and he over charges on taxes so please check your recipes.
