Had a 2500 dollar order. Their website calculated the shipping wrong. Wanted me to pay the difference. Cause I’m in a pinch and I paid the difference. Last time I order from this company.

Ive been working with and buying things from Hatco International for a while now. Everything has gone perfectly. Their websites are CapWholesalers.com and CustomizedWear.com. Both work well.I have even gotten to know the owner Joi and have been very pleased with the professionalism and customer service of her team. I would highly recommend buying from Hatco International and will continue to buy from them.

Horrible with communication. Horrible quality . Over priced . They sent me the sample and the embroidery was not clean at all they I spent $145 that was just to get started and they wanted another $160 more which was not the problem but when I seen the sample I was like that is not worth the price. So I reached out and asked if they could redo it and make it better quality. Also sent a reference to what I was looking for. No response for two days. It was until I asked for my refund did I get a response. And they only refunded me $60 dollars. Not sure what they used my other money for. But I recommend not using this company. They have no idea what attention to detail means. If I could add a photo of the sample they sent me I would.

Scam artists....BEWARE!!! I checked out online, once I finished paying for my order HATCO sent me an email and next to shipping it said TBD. The next email I received was an updated amount that was $40 higher. I called them immediately upon receipt of that email to cancel my order because that price was $1 per hat in shipping fees to ship and they said we cant cancel because they already shipped it which was a lie. To return the items they charge a restocking fee and they to not refund the outrageous shipping fees. This place hides the shipping fees from you and once they send it they already shipped the order and if you decide you no longer want the order they bombard you with fees. STAY AWAY BUY FROM A COMPANY WITH INTEGRITY. SCUMMY COMPANY

I have been a consistent customer for several years. 10% to 20% of every order is damaged because of inadequate packaging. My most recent order was botched and I received 4 times the amount that I ordered and that was reflected on the invoice. To make up for their mistake an unauthorized charge was made on a credit card, a credit card that I had not used for the original order and had not used with HATCO in several years, it should NOT have been on file. After talking with 3 different customer service reps I still have major concerns about the security of my information.
