Went in to purchase a couple of new hats but, the employee working didnt seem to want to be bothered with anything that required looking away from the phone in their hand. Lids DOES have a big selection of hats but, the service leaves a LOT to be desired. I asked about different colorways and the response made me ask if they were asked that question a lot. When I asked some questions about sizes the employee seemed almost annoyed with me. Needless to say, I did NOT make a purchase this time even though Lids is usually my go to store for team appearal.

Staff was great and selection was nice. There were two stores in the mall and both were pretty good
