I lost my phone and bought a new unlocked one and brought it to the store yesterday.The two young men were SO helpful! They helped me transfer my number and set up various apps. The whole experience was so easy and easy and pleasant
Five Stars to JP, Adrian, Daniel and Jared.For the past two years, they have provided superb customer serviceI had issues with my account, and they fixed them. I had questions about my iPhone, and they answered them. They gave me tips, advice and were very professional and helpful.
Daniel and james helped me out a ton! I really appreciated their help navigating what was going to be the best tablet plan for my business as well as what phone options there were. Both of them were very professional kind courteous and practice good social distancing and safe measures during these scary times. I dont think I will ever go to a different T-Mobile store these guys rock :-)
I came to get a 5g plan for my Samsung galaxy s20 ultra, Before I could ask any question Daniel asked me how long I planned to keep the phone plan, I responded if the service is good I will keep it. Daniel denied selling me a plan from the store. I am beyond upset after driving 20minutes to this location and getting denied the opportunity to purchases a T-Mobile. Beware
This team always does a great job with helping me with any issues. Store is never extremely busy so I end up getting attention from more than one employee, which makes visits very quick and engaging.
This is for my husband since Daniel left forget this place. My husband went there today to seek help with a phone that was causing problems and was in need of a new one. He has underlying health conditions and did not want to enter the store to see one of the new phones and asked if they could bring one to side walk out front for him to see it, was told no. Called owner he said no. He will move on to a more accommodating carrier.
My mistake was believing in their customer service here. The credit that I was promised to get. Never post to my account. I have to call TMobile to get a partial back. The other partial, Ill treated as a DONATION to the person who promised me we will credit back to your account and to this store that I stepped my foot in. Uhh not coming to this store again for any future transaction etc.! Lesson learned!
Damascus staff the best do yourself a favor get in there and find out what u have been missing in programs and phone plans. Amazing. Dont and staff great

My wifes old Samsung S6 died and we showed up thirty minutes before closing. We found a phone in stock that wouldnt break the bank and were out the door by closing. The young man working there was very helpful.
