I visited this Verizon authorized retailer in Damascus over the weekend . Rep, Jordan, was amazing!! Excellent customer services skills and can troubleshoot any issue. I would highly recommend coming to the Damascus store instead of going to the Germantown Verizon store . . . as that verizon store did not know what they were doing.

Stopped by today looking for help with my account and adding a new line & Jordan was absolutely amazing. She had an answer for every question, she was honest with prices and trade ins, she got me the best deal possible & im walking out happy, with a brand new phone and i will be coming back to her for another!

Great experience at this location. I called and talk to Tanner he told me to come by they had what I was looking for and I was in and out in no time. Tanner set up my phone and made this a great shopping experience.

My husband needed a new phone and the Germantown store only had one inside sales person and 1 at the door taking reservations which they had none! This dealer was open and able to help! My husbands old cell was difficult to transfer data but the lady was able to do it!!!

Came in with an issue on my phone not only was the Tanner super friendly and helpful he fixed my phone and showed me how I could save money on my bill. I highly recommend this store for all your phone needs.

The store is woefully understaffed. Everything is locked up, behind counters, or requires a key. All I needed was two USB-C cables. After 15 minutes I asked the gentlemen if there was anyway I could check out real quick.His response was how busy he was and I was immediately dismissed. He was way to under experienced to be running that store. I wouldnt stop in here on a Saturday. It might be fine if no one is there.

The staff is extremely slow and arrogant when it comes to any sense of the next customer in line. Also, I’ve found the the staff not so knowledgeable and the turnover rate over the years has been significant. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and two days ago I said to myself, enough is enough! I’m tired of being Ripped off by this huge money grubbing company! Why do I pay so much money to a company that overcharges me, treats me poorly and hires any bo bo that walks through the door? I just recently upgraded one of my lines and two weeks and a couple days later Verizon came out with a “two for one deal”. I go into the store and patiently waited in line and watched one employee taking his god ever long time (mainly having small talk) working with a customer. Finally, when this employee was done I explained my situation and he said “my purchase of sale system is down” and he would call me when it comes back up. He also said that the special would be honored for up to two weeks after my recent upgrade and because I was over a couple of days, he “had the authority to extend it for up to 30 days so “don’t worry”! An hour later he calls and says that his boss would not honor the special! I was pissed! I had ENOUGH! I drove right over to SPRINT and they hooked me up with 5 brand new Apple 10x phones with no problem (two of which were free)! They also bought out all of my contracts I had over at Verizon (up to $650 per phone contract). I also got a $50 gift card for free and my bill went from $470 a month to $280. The service is exactly as Verizon and I’ve had no issues what so ever! I am so happy I left Verizon! Why didn’t I do this sooner? Take my advice and leave that company and save your hard earned money! I will NEVER walk into a VERIZON store again and I feel great about that! Good Luck!
