2nd time that this Starbucks has screwed up my online Peppermint mocha order. Us it so hard to get skim milk with whipped cream?! Will not be going to this Montgomery county Starbucks again.

The barrista accommated my special request and made a suggestion that made it even tastier.

I have always had a good quality of food/drink.

I have never had a good cup of coffee at this location. I just bought a cafe mocha and had to throw it out because it was so bad. The employees are always nice, they just need to be trained better.

Overall they do a good job. Have had a few times where I placed a mobile order with plenty of advanced notice and it still wasnt ready upon arrival. Other than that, no complaints.

Every time I go into this location its a 5 to 10 minute process that get a cup of . Not some specially drink but a cup of coffee. Employees are either talking on the phone or they dont know how to ring up and order And I always seem to be behind the person they dont know how to ring the order up for. ridiculous I wish somebody Would train the employees properly

A nice location IN the Safeway, keep that in mind! Not a stand-alone location, but still plenty of seating and not a bad stop. Nice baristas and a very relaxed store that doesnt see crazy traffic due to the location in Damascus. Worth a stop without a doubt!

Its a small Starbucks within a Safeway. Expectations should be managed. They can make a good cup of coffee, maybe a latte, but thats it. It is staffed mainly by high schoolers. Special orders can get jumbled or take a while. No heated food. But it is the only Starbucks in the area. If a more legit location is important, the Starbucks in Mt. Airy is top-notch.

I do not use Starbucks. Period.

Parking is terrible in this lot and theres always a line.

Wish they would get a REAL Starbucks around here instead of the halfway one in Safeway. The drinks are good only about half the time. It seems like just when they get someone that knows what they are doing, you never see them again. They really arent the same.If you have a Starbucks card, several of them dont even have a clue how to refill it with cash. Staff is not well trained overall.

Worst cup of coffee I ever had made for me . the girl making the drinks had a very bad attitude and was even cursing out loud because the line was growing.Waited 10 min for drink that went straight in the trash. My wife order just a dark roast coffee and waited 10 min for that. Worst Starbuck experience ever. Pete

I love Starbucks. The damascus one is the closest to my house, but whenever I go there I always end up being disappointed. Whenever I go theres just high school kids there that clearly dont know what they are doing nor do they seem to care whether or not they are doing a good job. I am always given an attitude by the workers (beside from a rare few that I barely ever see). I just don’t get why they would apply to a job that they clearly don’t like. Does not make me want to go there, but sometimes I think maybe it’ll be different, only to be disappointed once again. From now on I’ll stick to the Dunkin’ Donuts or McDonald’s when I’m in Damascus
