Great customer service. Selection was a bit limited, which I thought was a sign of the times. However, when I visited the Orlando location they had a significantly better selection.

Had an old front tire with a dented rim. Mat and Danny took care of me and provided a competitive price on the new tire. Danny took special care when installing the new tire n a freshly fixed expensive front rim from my BMW.they rock !

Very attentive and friendly staff who take the time to help you select the right gear. Ive bought all my helmets here considering they let you try all of them on, and give honest feedback and insight based on what youre looking for. Ive asked for economical helmets that were still Snell rated, and received great feedback and left with a solid helmet. Ive also shopped for mid and high end modular helmets, and my wife has bought womens helmets from Cycle Gear and it is always a pleasant experience. The staff take their time and make sure you get what you came for--it took me 45 minutes to select my very first helmet and the staff never once made me feel like I was rushed. Highly recommended!

I have been trying to find lightweight rain gear for a couple of weeks Cycle Gear had exactly what I needed the salesperson Jacob was fantastic very accommodating they have a enormous selection leather goods and anything you need for a motorcycle enthusiast I definitely will be going back to the store again

Cycle Gear Daytona is my go to for MX gear, supplies and new tires. All staff is good but ask for Taylor for tires. Taylor does a GREAT job on tires and he is an awesome guy who goes above and beyond for his customers! Super fast, no hassle, high quality work and very knowledgeable! Get your tires changed HERE!

Salesman was very helpful. Found out if you buy a helmet go ahead and get extra lenses because when the helmet is discontinued so are the lenses. Then the helmet us useless. Too expensive for that practice IMO

My wife and I went to the store 3 weeks ago. I picked a nice jacket for me and ordered one for my wife since they didnt have it in stock.I was told it takes between a week and 10 days to get it. Next week well go in a long trip and still dont have the jacket. They dont even have a delivery day. I was told theyll look into it

Cycle Gear as a store is great. The Cycle Gear in Daytona is a great store with some horrible staff. A few staff members are very helpful but the majority are not. The best way to use this store is use the website and pick up at the store to avoid the staff.

I had a great experience at the Daytona store right after Bike Week of all times. Danny was so patient with me as I tried on a million helmets & he explained each one to me. I went back a 2nd time to narrow down my decision & he was still just a patient with me. I ended up getting the Sedici Strada II with the Bluetooth & it is an AWESOME helmet for the money. Comfortable, lightweight, can listen to my music & its not noisy at all. I highly recommend this store, Danny & the helmet.

I went in looking for a particular AGV helmet. It wasnt in the store, but it could be ordered and shipped to the store in 3-4 days. I told them the size the Size Chart recommended, but Danny suggested I try on another AGV to confirm. Good thing - I was off by 2 sizes. The helmet arrived a day early and it fit perfectly. Danny then noticed a pin-lock insert came with the helmet and he installed it for me, as he did the Bluetooth headset I also purchased. Thanks! The entire staff is personable, knowledgeable, and professional, I highly recommend giving them a try.

5 stars for customer service! I had a minor problem with my helmet and it was returned to the store and they promptly ordered another one and replaced it. On top of that the Freecom device was swapped over to the new helmet and it was no charge. I couldn’t have been happpier with my service. This store went above and beyond to insure I was happy with my purchase and I wouldn’t by any cycle gear from anywhere else.

Decent prices here. The biggest drawback is the staff aren’t well versed on the products and competitive options and their selections can be limited to the bigger names instead of a more varying array of choices. Also, they are usually fairly busy dealing with customers, so you may have to wait a significant amount of time before being assisted.

These people are incredibly helpful. I had to exchange a motorcycle riding jacket that I received for Christmas, without a receipt. Now, usually that can be more than a challenge and merchants may make you jump through hoops. But not Cycle Gear. Not only did the make the exchange with a smile, but also helped to locate the correct size. Awesome customer service. Thank you so much!

It would get no stars if I could do so. Dont know if it was racism or just poor customer service, but there was no greeting, no one asked if we need help or advise. Browsed around for about 10 mins, one of the staff members grabbed a ladder and brought it by us to put an item up, did not say excuse me or anything. Will never go here again.

Super helpful even tho Im sure my interest rate is insane i plan to pay it off very early as my total was only $298

Went in there today to look around and check on a pair of leather gloves. The place had a large selection of merchandise and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I did not find what I wanted, but really liked the selection. Will be back if I need anything else.

Cycle Gear in Daytona has way more stuff than the Orange Park store wow. Only advice I have is let the costumer shop. Do not ask them 10 times what they are looking for. I didnt drive out of my way to feel rushed.

Spent over 1,000 dollars in 3 days from cycle gear bought 2 brand new tires spent over 320 on just tires. When I got them installed there was a small hole in the tire after we put them on my bike. An I was going away the same day so when I called cycle gear to tell them it was close. So I left on my trip with a new tire I just got from CYCLE GEAR that I had to plug it. When I got back an told them what happen to see if we can fix the problem they told me there Is nothing they can do because I didnt call the next day. But i was in the mountains with no service for 5 days when I get back an explain to them,well pretty much all I got was to bad but you can buy a new tire again. Then the guy kept on telling me if you would of called the next day then maybe so I explain to him what is calling the next day gonna do if you still couldnt help me. He got quite. An said I dont know what to tell you. This is how cycle gear treats there customer who spend good money with them. I even offered to pay for half an they said no. You will not get my business no more an Im gonna tell all of the bikers how you treat your customers who spend good money. This is the worst customer service I ever had. Never ever going back to this place again. So people watch out on what you buy because your gonna be stuck with it even if its broken.

I have been going to this cycle gear since they have opened near me cause im a bikr tech and it convenient When they first opened the staff was really nice and really really go all out there way to help or answer any questions you have,the guys like Omar and Sal. NOW the new staff is in there and everybody is rude AF! The managers had a little attitude when I returned a tool that broken,even tho its a no hassle returns. To be honest,I dont think i will ever..ever go back there again..I asked a guy about some UFO dirt bike plastics today just to see if they could get them in.The guy took 23 mins to ask someone about it and then when the guy in the back told him they dont carry them,the guy came back out and walked right passed me and didnt even tell me they dont carry them anymore. NEVER GO TO THE DAYTONA BEACH LOCATION!!!!!!
