The only shop that will work on my Suzuki gsxr!!! The owner went above and beyond for me and is very personal and did the work on my bike himself!! He rode to my house to look at the issue in no time flat!! Called and he was here in minutes and I appreciate him and his wife for being such nice people if you need work done on your bike this is the only place to go.

Was sold a bike that was checked by them and said nothing was wrong, however a couple hours later there seemed to be multiple problems. They made a 500$ profit off of my sale that was done with someone they knew. The refused to make it right. Heard no but problems from this shop and I’m surprised their not shut down. Don’t waste your money supporting greedy money hungry crooks. Overpriced and always having to bring bikes back due to more issues.

Worst repair shop ever. Owners are greedy and send stuff home that’s broken just so you have to bring it back and spend more there. They also sell bad bikes that have tons of issues.

My husband and I were trying to get a scooter tire swapped from one rim to another. We went there and they were able to help us out quickly and their prices were much better than other places that we had checked. They are very friendly and helpful and i would gladly recommend them to people that are in the market for repairs for their scooter or motorcycle.

Chuck and everyone here are very knowledgeable and will get you going in a hurry. They work on everything from Harleys to street bikes and all brands in between. I was lucky to find them last year shortly after buying my bike and Ive been going ever since, everyone is down to earth and they treat you like family. This is the only place I bring my bike to get worked on. If I cant do it myself it goes here. Chuck is very honest and up front. Never had any problems with work they performed, wish I could say the same for my work on the bike. They are a great group of people and regularly organize and participate in local motorcycle events. Ill end how I started. Moto Stop is the only place that touches my bike besides myself.

So this is long long overdue. Motostop Daytona is the absolute best group of individuals I have ever met. Chuck and Christine take care of people as if they are family. There prices are reasonable, and to top it off they care about everyone. The only part that sucks and it’s not there fault is they are about 40 minutes from me.. I love these guys and always make sure to stop and see them when I come into Daytona..

I purposefully waited a few days before I wrote my review of MOTO STOP in order to accurately assess this shop and the guy who worked with me Chuck. The reason for the cool down period was because this was one of the most stressful times of my life and I had to separate emotion from reason when making my assessment. The truth is, after speaking with others who have gone through the same problems with their bikes, especially those that have gone to some other places to get their bikes fixed, I found that my experience was normal and even on the less stressful side of the coin because of this particular shop. One thing that separates this shop and their staff from others was the preparation they put in for all of the problems on my bike 2009 RAVEN R6 IF ANY that came up at the end. They always had a plan B and kept me posted just in case we should go a different route. I must say, they had this thing in LOCKED from every angle. This could have been a much more stressful experience but they separated themselves from the rest right away. My mechanic Chuck had excellent customer service skills and practically called me daily to update me on my bike and the things I needed to know about the work he was doing. He was available 24/7 during the week to answer any questions and I tested those hours frequently just to make sure he was on the ball. My mechanic Chuck never got impatient with me and babied me through the process, despite my lack of understanding most of the time. When I couldnt get him on the phone immediately, one of his staff members or even his wife always stepped up and fielded the call to assist me. My mechanic worked incessantly to make sure he met his deadline to avoid any storage charges. (Not saying, he will not charge you guys for storage.lol..) I wanted to review this shop honestly and fairly and not base my assessment on the level of stress during my bikes outta commission time. The truth is, It is supposed to be stressful to an extent. Bottom line----If you want a MOTORCYCLE SHOP that will go to war for you in order to help you get your bike back on the road and that knows how to treat you like an individual and not a prospective pay check, plus reasonable prices, this is the shop for you. Really dont ever do business with this company . Husband chuck is very disrespectful screaming at customers cause we paid1500.00 to get our bike fixed 100% and was having problems with starting the bike . And he admitted that he knew the part was bad and never fixed it . And just found out that all the work that we asked to be done they only did 50% of the work but charged us almost 1500.00 .
