Responding to Angie Mitchell since I cant reply to her review her daughter came in with LESSON MATERIAL NOT A SAMPLE. Lesson Material clearly states not for resale & all store owners sign an agreement with corporate in Los Angeles that Lesson Material will only be used in store & the removal of lesson material from the store will result in the Franchisee losing their franchise. Whenever Lesson Material is removed from a store by an employee, owner or any other individual it is considered theft by corporate & your daughter has possession of Lesson Material NOT a sample. It was clearly marked LESSON MATERIAL. The credit card may have been in your name but as you stated you were not the one attempting to use the card your daughter was & it has been our store policy for over 10 years to check ID & only allow the person whose name is on the card to use the card. As you stated it was your card not hers. The name on her identification did NOT match the card in your name. I am truly sorry you feel the need to misrepresent what happened that day & post anywhere you can false statements to slander me. After I explained our policy & your daughter left you made the mature decision to call multiple times yelling & cussing at me to which I responded by hanging up on you because I do not deserve to be yelled & cussed at for doing my job. You are welcome that I did not keep the card since it wasnt in her name to turn over to the police since I did not know your daughter & was aware it was not legally her card & I had never met you either. I would hope in the future you appreciate any store that does not allow someone to use your card that is not you.

HORRIBLE!!!!! MY DAUGHTER WENT IN WITH A SAMPLE GIVEN TO HER BY A FAMILY MEMBER THAT USED TO WORK AT MERLE NORMAN AND WANTED TO BUY A FULL SIZE PRODUCT THE LADY THERE ACCUSED HER OF STEALING THE SAMPLE???? AND TREATED HER LIKE A CRIMINAL I CALLED UP THERE TO BE TREATED JUST AS POORLY B/C SHE SAID MY DAUGHTER HAD A CREDIT CARD NOT IN HER NAME WHICH WAS MYYYYY CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME!!!! LOST OUR BUSINESS FOREVER!!!!! HER NAME IS CARRIE!!!!

If you open at 10:00am, I expect you to open at 10:00am. There are about 3 people waiting in the parking lot. It’s extremely frustrating to waste time sitting here when there are many other things on my to do list and my toddler is getting frustrated.
