Montoya’s is the best shop I’ve ever been to. They keep you informed throughout the process of fixing the car, and make the whole process as seamless and easy as possible. Everyone is so professional and friendly, I love them!I got my car back looking absolutely amazing, it seriously looks looks brand new...and cleaner than it was when I leased the car from the dealership!No question...you need to come here! Short review (read below for more detailed review):Montoya Auto Service is the best auto repair shop Ive gone to - More than reasonably priced, speedy service, and trustworthy. RELIABLE. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend, and will be coming back for future car work. They helped me out when I was in a very difficult, last minute car trouble situation (read below for more info).Long review:On a rainy Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend, In the middle of the Corona Pandemic, I had a car full of luggage, two passengers, and was on a 6 hour, 375 mile drive from NYC to Buffalo. I made it onto I-80, just 15 minutes north of Dover, NJ when my front left tire completely popped, leaving me stranded on the interstate without roadside assistance or anyone to call for a ride - even Uber didn’t have any drivers in the area!. I searched google for nearby mechanics, found three, and called the first two, neither of which picked up. I then called the third mechanic, Montoya Auto Service who literally picked up in three rings. At 9 in the morning … On a rainy Saturday … During Memorial Day Weekend … DURING THE CORONA PANDEMIC. Mauricio from Montoya Auto drove and picked me and my passengers up himself while a tow truck brought my car back to the garage. He opened up his office, gave us freshly brewed coffee, spoke with us while the tire was very quickly changed, and gave me advice on what jack and spare tire to purchase. Above all else, once the popped tire was replaced with a new tire and the car was ready for the road, Mauricio gave me an incredibly generous cost/bill for the whole service. Had it been any other mechanic, they would easily have been able to upcharge me for the cost of the last minute service, passenger pickup, towing, and tire replacement. I got back on the road and drove the remaining 5 ½ hours / 300 miles to Buffalo with no other car problems. Montoya Auto Service is the best and most trusted auto repair service I’ve dealt with. Would Absolutely recommend it to anyone, including new customers, like myself, who are looking for a new, trusted, and reliable auto mechanic. I will definitely come back for any repairs in the future.

I got a flat tire a couple of weeks ago. The tire was new and I went to Pep Boys to get it fixed. They said it was unrepairable and told me I had to spend $350 for a new tire. I decided to take it to Montoya Tires instead and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Great and honest service!

Quality service and great prices!

Expensive, disorganized, irresponsible and bad attitude from the mechanic. I took my car there to get fix many times, at the beginning they did OK! They probably did some changes, they fix my car supposedly cause the problems remains the same, I had to waste more money for the same problem in another place, I heard some other friends/unknown people saying the same, very expensive, take a lot of time to fix a single problem, hope the owner can fix all this details soon but i dont recommend it %100 sure!!

This place is terrible, i went to get my sensors replaced and all they did was reset the lights, never got changed, they put an old batery on my car, and on top charge me for ton of stuff that they supossed change cuz I needed whitout asking me. Is a total scam. I will recommend everyone to not go there.

Be prepared to be ripped off, charge $80 for one used tire, bought two, they put unmatching sets, charged tire disposal fee and i was told my size tires run for $130 a piece (yeah if im buying good tires like continentals or goodyear)...went home checked prices and felt completely ripped off, I could have gotten the same shoddy set of tires I got at this place for half the price brand new, Im never doing business again here.
