Happy with my piercings but felt very uncomfortable in the lobby. yes i’m aware that the blue stripe flag wasn’t intended to stand for bigotry, but in today’s social climate it’s become such. and because this establishment felt comfortable enough to have this proudly hung in their lobby, i questioned every employee’s morals. and didn’t feel exactly safe or relaxed while in their.

I saw Pete for a tattoo in 2019. It was a wonderful experience. He listened to what I was looking for, took in all my reference material and made it his own. Im super proud to have his work on my body and cant wait till I get my next piece from him later this year.

I made an appointment with alicia (a piercer there) and was able to get in the next day. She was running a valentines special, so I got 50% off. She was so fast and the piercing itself took 2-3 minutes max. They also seem very clean and up to par when it comes to covid procedures.

This review is about when I reached out to this shop regarding work I wanted done -I found this shop on Google, went to their website and noticed their podcasts on YouTube. I thought that was cool so I watched a couple of them. In the podcasts, they talked about why tattoo shops get bad reputations and why their shop breaks that stigma - I liked that. They also showcased a couple artists, one was about someone who loves lettering and I thought they sounded like someone I’d be interested in working with. They spoke about how important a receptionists job is at the shop because they are usually the first person you see when you go into the shop. I agree, receptionists job is very important.So I reached out via IG as it seems they conduct a lot of business through there. I messaged the person who does lettering first to discuss a tattoo I wanted covered up, and thought maybe they could do it and add some lettering on my leg because that was something they were interested in, but they informed me they don’t do cover ups and referred me to two people in the shop who do. That’s perfectly fine, so I said I would reach out to the main shop for my cover up inquiry, but still asked if they would be interested in doing some lettering on my forearm.So after that, I reach out to the shop’s IG about my coverup. I get a response rather promptly. They tell me they will talk with their boss about it, get some ideas and get back to me. That was April 8th. I haven’t heard back yet. But I did work out plans with the lettering person and they told me to call the shop the next day they were open to put my deposit down. So I called and told the person on the phone I was calling to place a deposit, and they put me on hold where I stayed for 10 minutes. So, disappointed, I hung up.I have to say what I heard on the podcasts sadly didn’t really match my experience. There was no follow up from anyone, so ultimately I feel like my business is not that important.

I came to this location with a simple request. I asked for a small mole tattoo on my cheek. It was done by someone name Mel. I thought it looked good when I left but I realized it wasnt as big as Id like, also it people were telling me it looked more like a scratch or scab that was going to fall off. I went back in a day or two later to get it bigger. She did advise that I would need to use my touch up appt. I mentioned to her during the visit that it looked more as a scab and did she think it would fall off, she told me no. Literally 3 days later, it fell off like a scab. Now Im annoyed and I call back to inform her. She says to wait two weeks to come back in so it will stay longer then says Ill have to pay again even though she basically didnt tat me to begin with. Literally all she had to do was fix her mistake. Very unsatisfied with the services and how they handled the issue.

I had a kind of unusual request, I wanted to get the eye color on an existing tattoo changed from green to blue. The gentleman named Dom was extremely helpful, the price was fair and the work was excellent. I looked at some of Doms work and he does amazing black and gray and custom lettering. Im definitely going to be going back and have some work done at artistic additions. I highly recommend new shop to anyone looking for a quality tattoo at a quality price

I came in & got my nose done by Shelbi, I was her first piercing and she was so good! she knew exactly what to do and she was so quick! I can never find a negative thing about Artistic Additions. Alicia & Shelbi will be the girls i go to for my piercings! 10/10 recommend.

Got my 4 and 7 year old kids ears pierced. They were super nice, everyone was so accommodating. I also had been there previously to get my wedding ring tattooed on and again they were all very nice. Good prices and very clean.

Words cannot describe how happy I am with this studio. I got mycheeks pierced there and never an issue. I was pierced by Larry and his tattoo work is beautiful. I talked to him about two pieces I want done and his prices are great! Everyone there is so nice and fun to talk to.

I have been here on multiple occasions and EVERY time I leave pleased with not only the piece of art I’ve been given but the service during the process. In order to fit me in in a timely manner Pete opened up an hour early! Pete is quick but accurate and nothing but professional. Pricing is never an issue and are inexpensive paired with the quality you get! But not so inexpensive that they’re done cheaply or with error. The shop is always clean and sanitary and you get privacy. I’ll be back again once this ones healed up!

I have 6 tattoos and all done by them. Dom had done my very first tattoo and still looks new after 4 years! Larry has done a major part of my tattoos and Im never disappointed, I leave there everytime with something better than I would thought. They go above and beyond. Mel had done one of my tattoos recently and she killed it! I trust her word and whatever she wanted to do and I was blown away with how amazing it is. Alicia has done 8 piercings on me, they have all healed so good and so fast; she is clean, will explain all precautions there could be, how to take care of it, give ideas, and fast at piercin . the best part, ALL of them are welcoming, non-judgemental, always up for a challenge and open to any and every idea. They dont disappoint.

Ive gotten my sleeve and a couple other tattoos done by Larry who is the owner of the shop. He does nothing but make you feel like youre part of his family. He treats the staff with respect and they keep the shop clean. Hands down the only place I go to for tattoos and iv gotten a couple from other places and they were okay but the artists just made it quick and moved on. I would definitely stop by this place!

Used to love getting work done by Larry. BUT THEN... I got work done by Pete. It was okay. Until he tried to charge me $50 to touch up an outline piece of work that took literally 2 minutes. If he wouldve done it right the first time.. or second time.. it wouldnt need touched up. Had 2 touch ups and a piercing scheduled... ended up going elsewhere. BOTTOM LINE.... treat your repeat customers good... and theyll keep coming back. Be unfair.. and you lose said customers AND get a bad review. Oh.. and this may have turned out different if he didnt wait until the day of my appointment to decide he wanted to charge me. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

My son got ear piercing here. They used needle instead of staple kind of thing.They were good and kind. They also selling after piercing sea salt spray here.

Went into the shop after I had been admiring some of the artists wotk for a while. I advised the receptionist that this would be my first tattoo, preferbly on back, the spine area. I requested the artist who I had been following on social media. The receptionist was very welcoming. She set me up with a date and time after we discussed my employment conflict. I gave her my phone that she could show the male artist the tattoo I was interested in. About 2 minutes later, she came over to me and said that the artist I requested will not be able to my tattoo because it is his birthday that day. She then said, he suggested another artist to me because that is not his speciality. She claimed that the other artist is more detailed. At this point, Im like seriously? I even heard the recetionist say to the artist that the client requested you. ALL I WANTED WAS A SIMPLE VINE DOWN MY SPINE, no coloring or shading! So I told the receptionist I will wait because I need to do some more research, I dont want just anyone doing my tattoo. The other artist came and over and talked to me, showed me his work and gave me his card but he really didnt seem like he wanted to do my tattoo either. As a matter of fact, I even said would you suggest being as though this is my first time, would you suggest another part of body to place the tattoo? And he said no, youre fine. I am extremely disgusted with the artist that I requested because I had been admiring his work through social media and when I finally had the opportunity to visit the shop, I was lied to, turned down and passed to another artist.

Friend got a tattoo done here and I went with her, the place is clean and well run from what I could tell. Would recommend.

If you want a place to get a tattoo that looks like you had it done in a house this is the place for you. Line work is bad, no detail in the art. Just look at their online artist profile. The Harley Quinn looks like she has downs.

Larry did my tattoo covering another. Of the same. Only adding color.. Messed up. Added some stuff. Went in to get some stuff fixed and he asked me whats wrong?? A tattoo artist knows looking at it. Not having to have someone tell him. So I left. Wont go back. And everyone who asks me where I got it done. I tell them. And tell them I wont go there again.
