Weve had very troubling experiences in the past 3 years with this company. One instance could have killed my husband 2 years ago. From handing us the wrong keys twice in 5 minutes to having all handloose lug nuts, to charging us for a tire rotation that wasnt done. My last straw was 2 weeks ago when they charged us for a brake job we never approved. Our bill went from $800 to $1,300 on our card without a call for approval. Nick, the service manager was nothing short of avoiding the whole situation and repeatedly made no attempt to call me back for 2 weeks! I was absolutely upset. I finally received a call back from the owner after leaving her a message and though she ultimately decided to refund some of the brake cost after extensively explaining our situation, she made it clear we didnt really deserve it. I told her if she could refund the money, wed be going elsewhere from now on. No sooner I said we no longer want to take our vehicles there and Ive left a review online, she retracted her refund statement. Classy. Im an angry customer. My husband and I are nothing but understanding, honest people. We are selfless people, but when we get drug through the ringer time and again by the same company, Ill put my foot down. $170 refund is better deserved by the company than a family who never wanted $420 taken out of their account in the first place. Everyone loses here.

They were great. Had my car at Portsmouth ford to change the oil. The tech said he couldnt get my drain plug off? I called quicklane in dover they had no issue quickly taking care of my simple problem. Quick and professional. Will be using them from here on out.

Wont have my car serviced there again. I made an appointment and they took me in late and kept my car for over an hour for a simple oil change. Then they tried to sell my fiancé new breaks when they had just been replaced less than 6 months ago. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
