Specifically, Andrew Bailey in sales was an absolute pleasure to work with and I’d recommend him to anyone. Responsive and helpful but never pushy or “salesy”. Just purchased a new Corolla and I am beyond happy with my experience. I went to a couple other local dealerships prior to this for some test drives and it was a night and day difference. They had no new inventories whatsoever though their online inventories would have you believe otherwise, and their sales staff were incredibly desperate to sell the used cards they had.Bill Dube was a completely different experience. I had multiple options for the models I was interested in. The salesman I worked with, Connor, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even the financing portion of things was extremely low stress and straightforward compared to previous experiences. My girlfriend and I will definitely be making this our go to dealership going forward!

Service is ok, sales not so much. I looked at a new 2021 Prius Prime this summer because Toyota was discounting them $5,500, thats the only reason I was interested. I got to Bill Dube to look at one and next to the window sticker they had a second little sticker saying it was marked up $2,500 as a market adjustment. I asked the salesman what was up with that and he said it was from Toyota because of the chip shortage. Why would Toyota discount a vehicle and mark it up at the same time? Just say its a dealer markup, no need to make up a lie. Toyota of Portsmouth didnt have the markup, only the $5,500 discount. I passed and the salesman told me to act fast because itll sell by the weekend! Maybe he meant by the summers end because the car sat for weeks, he even texted me days later asking if I was interested because the Prius Primes were selling fast! If that was the case shouldnt you be busy selling it? The high pressure tactic is not very charming.

Went to buy a 4runner. They marked it up $2,500 over MSRP. Didnt even have one on the lot and was incoming from the factory. Wanted a $1000 deposit with no refund. Why no refund when you have absolutely no problem keeping them on the lot? Ended up finding a dealer 30 minutes away with a upgraded model for cheaper than the model they wanted to sell me. Do your research and call around. Oh, by the way Sam. It took me less than 4 hours to find the TRD off road premium for less than MSRP!!! GOOD LUCK TO THAT.

There was a question about whether or not this dealership installed an incorrect bulb in my Toyota. I still dont have a perfectly clear understanding of what happened but the incident has been resolved. I cannot give a 5 or 4 star review because the interactions between the service department manager and I were completely unacceptable. I had better communication between myself and the Operations Manager but there were still several unreturned emails and a lack of urgency with regards to communication.
We have always had good service in Sales.Thank you sales. Addison, the cashier in service is rude and unprofessional. She refused to make eye contact or smile. We asked a simple question regarding paying while trying to pay a $1300 bill. The receipt for my husband to sign was basically thrown across the counter to him where he had to catch it so it would not slide off the counter. At the end if the transaction i said thank you, she refused to acknowledge my thank you and no there was no response from the cashier and no eye contact. She did not even say thank you or have a good day. She had a very sour, bad attitude. We will not be checking out here again. Addison, I am sorry you do not like your job and hopefully you will find a job that makes you happy!
Amazing experience. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Doyle, Bill Lagrange, and Josh Gray. Brian was very straight to the point. He made it seem TOO easy but after some heavy research and time I realized he was only after my best interest. I was shocked since this was my first good experience for me. Bill in finance was the same story. He happily went over numbers with me over and over again to find the best plan/add ons late at night with no pressure. Josh happily answered the same questions and numbers to verify and add validity to my decisions. If you come here... you wont be disappointed with the staff (or vehicles). Terrible service. I called and I was told that they have the car I’m looking to purchase and that I could test drive it. I drove 45 min and when I got there they did not have the vehicle on the lot. They had one in the showroom but wouldn’t let us test drive it. The manager was extremely rude. I will never buy a car from this dealership. I called around to other local Toyota dealerships and they were shocked at this service. The other competitors were much much better. Go with a different dealership.
I was working with someone who set up a test drive time. Someone bought the vehicle before I arrived but no one cared to tell me. So I spent my time and money going to the dealership. The rep was evasive and would dodge my questions on finance. The whole place gives off a creepy feel of desperate men trying to suck your soul. -.- I walked out. So disappointed.
Sales and service are great and easy to work with, awesome selection of new and used/pre-owned. I did a lot of research before physically going new car shopping this time because Id had my Corolla for 10 years. When I described what I was looking for this time around to the sales person they knew the inventory very well and quickly got me into a *gorgeous* pre-owned RAV-4 that was spot-on what I had in mind. Its actually nice to feel like their goal is to make sure youre in the right vehicle that really fits you, not just whatever is bigger or newer or whatever. My family and I have been going to Bill Dube for vehicle purchases for over 20 years and will happily go back for 20+ more.

My husband and I decided we needed to purchase a larger vehicle. Our family members have Toyota Rav4s and love them so that was the car we decided to look at. After days of research and scoping the internet, we knew the color, year, and amount we could afford with our trade-in. There were no Rav4s in the state of Maine that fit our color and budget. We were planning on travelling to Massachusetts, but given the pandemic restrictions and need for two trips ( Mass does not have 10 day plates) we looked closer at what was available in New Hampshire. Bill Dube Toyota had two cars that fit the bill on color, yet the price was higher than the others. We decided to make an appointment. Upon entering the parking lot 5 minutes prior to their opening time, we were met by an employee and directed where to park. We were met outside by Ali, who introduced himself and explained he was going to be taking care of us. My husband and I had planned on not spending much time there. The plan was to let them know of our budget, and if it couldnt be met move on. ( We already had an appointment the following day at another dealer in New Hampshire). Ali was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Within minutes, the service manager Donna came over and introduced herself. She was also very pleasant!. After the typical bartering back and forth a bit, my husband and I were led to believe that the deal just wasnt going to work for us and were about to leave. Ali asked us to give him another chance and proceeded to leave and return with Donna within minutes. We were then told that Donna was going to check with her boss. She returned within minutes and the deal was made!!!! My husband and I were very surprised that they worked with us to such an extent that we were able to purchase the vehicle then and there. Thrilled to drive it home and save us the trip to Mass!! We got the exact car we wanted in color and budget!!! Thank you Ali, Donna.. and whomever else was involved in this interaction. This was my first time buying a car and I am very glad that I wandered into Bill Dube Toyota. Truthfully, I had no intention of purchasing a car here when I first went in, but I quickly realized I wanted to give this place my business. It can be difficult trying to navigate the car buying process alone, especially being a young female, but Garron and Donna treated me like a friend and not just someone they wanted to sell a car to. Ive been a customer at Bill Dube for years, my last 3 cars and now my current truck purchased through them. They are upfront and honest about situations, and always work hard to do what they can to make something happen. Worked sales my whole life and understand the automotive world, I have never left here feeling cheated or like I didnt get the best possible deal for my situation. If you are looking for a new purchase, they are the best at what they do, hands down. I will be returning anytime Im in the market for a new purchase.

I had a good Car buying experience with Bill and Brian and felt like I bought my new 2020 Corolla at a fair price. I felt it should of came with floor mats and i never got s call back when i inquire about 60 percent off new floor mats. I will say i had some good service with the service the first couple times with Donny and the other people in service but the last 2 experiences which i already complained about were not good at all. I felt like the techs working on my vechile should of shut the hood and caped the tire.it was very careless. Donny did come out and shut my hood and bring out a tire cap for me. The second time i had a second appointment and it was never entered into the system and i was told to wait an hour and a half for service of my car when it was not even busy and they knew i was upset.I decided to take my car and go home. So that why only the three stars, i have got alot better treatment always by Rochester Toyota, and wont be back to Dover toyota.
Dropped my car off for an oil change and ended up sitting in their waiting room for two hours because the woman at the front desk forgot to come tell me that my car was done. At that point the place was closing but luckily I found two people left who helped me find my keys and my car. If you come here just make sure you ask periodically for updates about your car so youre not forgotten about

I went to Dover Chevy /Honda a month ago and realized how much I was paying in finance charges with a 24% apr on a vehicle loan. A month later went Down to Bill Dube and worked with Josh Durham, They got me a 5% apr and saved me thousands on the interest and gave me a great deal on a vehicle!! 20% lower rate, I couldn’t believe it. If I were you, I’d go to Bill Dube and ask for Josh Durham.
I can only speak to the service department in this review, in which Ill say THIS is the dealer that gives all the other dealerships a bad name.Brought my car in with two issues(by appointment at 8:30). Something going on with the front end and a noise coming from under the shifter. 4:30 I get a call, theirs nothing wrong with your car. Technician drove it around town(speed limit 30) and could not reproduce the problems. Noise from the shifter, not surprising and was expected by me, but the front end was a VERY noticeable issue. I asked him to please take another look, because their IS definitely an issue. I was told well well have to bill an extra .5hr for that...well I NEED to know whats wrong with it. As I explained I drive 120miles a day, their IS something wrong.$126 to diagnose warped rotors and then told it will be another $1000 to do the work.Absolutely shameful!! Take your car to Portsmouth, its worth the 20min drive and their service department is far, far better and more courteous at what they do. I asked to be billed for the half hour as was originally discussed, since its not my fault they couldnt do their do diligence the first time. The manager couldnt even be bothered to walk the 15 steps to talk to me...Absolutely SHAMEFUL! But oh by the way the belt tensioner needs to be replaced....WHAT! Thats NOT the front end!!!!

Saw a car online, that I was extremely interested in, and made an appointment to see the car. I was told the car would be ready to check out and test drive... It was sitting out front and no one remembered I put in an appointment. Well, I test drove the car, they inspected my car for trade in and we talked business. They were completely unwilling to work with me on anything and actually got laughed at.. at which point, I walked.
My mother and I had a great experience at bill dube Toyota. We went there without a vehicle and we left there with one to drive home in. How amazing is that...There was alot of great friendly people there. Brian and Leah are a few people who did everything in there power to help my mother and I out. Drove my car off the lot and onto the highway to find the passenger mirror wasnt working, it wasnt aligned, and something was wrong with tires. I brought it back in and they did fix the mirror while reminding me that cars are bought as is. Although none of those issues were disclosed. They reminded me that the car had already been aligned but clearly it hadnt and they didnt fix it. Had another mechanic look at the tires and had to replace all four tires due to dry rot. Sister bought a car from them and had to replace all four tires on her brand new car within a year and hadnt put on many miles. Sales team did not willingly disclose the accident report and removed maine sales tax I asked to be included to lower the price but didnt tell me they had done so. Wont be going back!

My husband and I met with Payton this past weekend and he was one of the most helpful, friendly and informative car salespeople I have ever dealt with. He answered all of our many questions and was able to get us into a brand new Corolla! My wife and I had been researching for weeks to find me a newer model Toyota Tacoma after an unfortunate accident I was in ended in my previous Tacoma being deemed totaled by our insurance company. Bill Dube was only one of the several dealerships on our list to check out. After going and test driving several Tacomas and not being able to find one that worked out for us. I was seriously considering that perhaps I wasnt going to find the truck I was looking for. Bill Dube was the last dealership on our list.... I can honestly say that that was our biggest mistake. I wish I could turn back time so that we had gone to Bill Dube first. From the moment we walked through the door and was greeted by our salesman Tyler Mitchell, We knew this was where our search for a vehicle ended, and in all actuality should have started. Tyler was very easy to talk with and answered all our questions and concerns. we were beyond impressed with his character and professionalism. In the end he got me the Tacoma Ive wanted my whole life at a price that was very affordable for my wife and I. We were then introduced to Matt who works in financing to finish up the paperwork, and Matt was able to get us a great deal on Gap coverage and an extended warranty that fit our budget to a Tee. I went in just looking at different options to replace our four year old Explorer. I was not sure what I wanted but Chris helped me compare the different options and after a test drive I was able to feel comfortable with the direction I was going in purchasing a new Highlander. Chris and Donna were able to calculate the trade in allowance other incentives to get the overall price to what I had in mind before I came in. Chris did not make me feel pressured to purchase. He did a great job of showing me the different options available. I would definitely recommend Chris and the staff at Bill Dube Ford Toyota for your next buying experience.

Always the best service. Service department explain the reason for repairs they recommend. They look for recalls and factory service notices. Notify me and do the repair.
Amazing experience!!! Brian Doyle was great as soon as we walked through the doors. He was straight forward and gave us exactly what we wanted. The team worked together to make everything we wanted happen. They even stayed well after close while we made our decision and finalized everything! Highly recommend them!
The tech who worked on my 97 Toyota Camry did an excellent job with the timing belt and shifter cable. I know I couldve saved money else were but its only right to have a professional tech with such a critical job. They also gave me the heads up on other things that need attention. For almost a 30 year old car with 155000 miles. It purrs like a kitten. Great job to Joe Maxwell and the tech
The parts department was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I needed a small part for my Prius but it was close to closing time for them. Instead of telling me to come back the next day, the parts associate took the time to get me the right part and never complained. He even went out to my car to make sure that the part was correct. Great service!
Thanks Steve Horgan for helping my wife and I trade in our CRV for a Ford Explorer today. Very easy to work with, easy going and professional - and no pressure. He and the sales manager, Bill, worked very hard and were very patient and willing to work to find a way for us to get into the car my wife wanted. Definitely the best car buying experience we’ve had - super quick and easy! The reason for only 4 stars though is that the GM, Ann unleashed a tirade on poor Steve - in front of us- as we were cleaning out the CRV. Incredibly unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable. I don’t believe that type of language, yelling and volume was appropriate - especially in front of customers but even behind closed doors. Thanks again to Steve for the great service and would definitely recommend you ask for Steve if you end up looking at Bill Dube!
I had a great experience leasing my Toyota Corolla at Bill Dube. I really enjoyed working with Brooke Alexander, she was very helpful in making sure I could finance the car since I just graduated in May and wasnt sure that it was even an option. She explained all the features, leasing process, and was very patient throughout the whole process. Bought a car here and right off the lot I checked the app and the tire pressure was set 15 pounds over the recommended on the door. The salesman also made my wife very uncomfortable by hitting on her. She said any time she has to bring the car in for service, it will not be at this location.
