I was told it would take 30 minutes. It took close to 3 hrs. It was my first experience with mazda.I previously owned Mercedes,BMW..I was disappointed . everyone was courteous.a phone call after 30 minutes would have changed my opinion. I was the one that called them to find out why it was taking so long.

These guys are nothing but a scam, they will put 9 hard inquiries on your credit when they want to just run it by a couple banks. Even though I had already told them I would be using my own bank. then lie about the vehicle your buying being wrecked (twice) and when asked for carfax act as if they cant find it. Me trying to be trust worthy of my salesman thinking he was honest I took his word, my fault on that. when all this was brought to the general managers attention Bill Hodous he tried to justify the actions by the salesman, then try to say its a lie when there are messages with our conversation back and forth of me being lied to. Wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this place, beware! Also to add to it 2 days after buying the truck had to replace thermostats.

We had our 2017 GMC Denali, which we bought new at Chuck Nicholson, in the shop for an entire month! Just picked it up and the motor sounds worse than it did when we dropped it off! My screen on the dashboard doesn’t work at all! Radio doesn’t work! Fan is messed up! Very very unhappy customer!While it was in the shop I stopped in to grab something out of my vehicle, when I opened the door the smell was so strong I could hardly breathe while inside and as I looked in the back they had my MOTOR sitting in the back of my car! So the strong smell was gas and oil! I asked about it and was told, oh don’t worry about it, there’s super absorbable pads underneath.So to sum it up, they had it for a month and it’s still not fixed so now it’ll probably be in for another month!We have been a returning customer to Chuck Nicholson for many years. Bought many brand new vehicles for our business plus used ones! So I am highly disappointed that this is the service we receive!

Awful customer service. If i could give zero stars, i would. My parents had an absolutely terrible experience with the staff here, especially Randy Hill - “Service Manager” and Bill Hodous - “General Manager”. After submitting an honest feedback form, they were BANNED from returning. I work in customer service myself and could NEVER imagine treating a customer how my parents were treated. Very disappointed.

I took my car in for a tuneup and look at a squeak. They told me squeak was tools in the back. Removed tools and still squeak obviously. The service and diagnosis is an insult to the customer. Will not be going back.

Kevin did everything he could to get me every detail and photo possible before i took a five hour road trip to see the car i was interested in. Once i was satisfied, I headed out to meet him to which he finished all of the paperwork so that it would be done before i got there. This was, by FAR, the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. We dealt with salesman named Ryan Singhaus. Ill start with him, he was great. From the very beginning he wasnt pushy or persuasive but was very upfront and honest and personable. He was able to answer All of our questions and gave a thorough run down of all the features the truck had. Next was the sales manager Doug Moore he was great too. He came in, introduced himself, gave us a few options as to how we could finance, understood our needs and what would work for us. Even gave us a fair deal on our trade in. Both gentleman were very down to earth and worked with us in negotiating our final price. Finally was Doug Alsept- he was the financial manager and he was great at explaining their differnet packaging prices, what it entailed and had all the final paperwork ready to get us all set. He was able to work with a a few agencies in order to get us the better rate and loan. Together these gentlemen were able to help us get the truck we wanted for an affordable cost. We thank them very much for making this not only a smooth process but a rewarding one too. We highly recommend to any potential buyers to stop in there 1st and talk to any of these gentlemen. After 4 wasted trips, $800 wasted and 10 hrs of wasted time, i finally decided to take my truck to Buffalo Wild Wings.....they charged way less for the same amount of knowledge! and i got lunch! I wouldnt trust these guys to check my tire pressure.FYI- If you drive a one ton truck, you should only expect about 20k miles out of your tires cause apparently GM is too stupid to design a truck that can handle any weight in the bed and use tires that can last. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for BWWs though, at least theyre honest about their knowledge of vehicles! and 1 ⭐️ for Michelin, apparently some of this is your fault too 😂

I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Double Cab from Joe Penrod and couldnt be happier! Ive bought trucks at other dealerships before and this was by far my best experience! Joe really took the time in showing me all of the features on the truck, even helped me set up Onstar before I left. The sales manager, Doug, even thanked me personally before I left and checked to make sure that it was properly cleaned, full of gas, and asked if I had any questions. Ive never experienced anything like that before. Class act all the way, start to finish.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE. Specifically RANDY (Head of Service Dept.), he gave us his word there was an isolated problem with my grandmothers Saturn and charged us $1000 to fix said problem. Immediately after picking the car back up, the same exact problem still happening. Took several weeks to get him to back up the warrantied work, while he wanted to charge us hundreds of more dollars to fix the same problem. After they replaced the parts AGAIN and had the car for another 2 weeks, the problem is STILL NOT FIXED. And now he says that wasnt the problem to begin with, better buy a whole new transmission. THIEVES AND LIARS. No shame even when robbing a senior citizen. Off to small claims court we go! WHAT A JOKE!
