We are not from the area but love to check out little diners and family restaurants. They had great food (quick bite)... But mostly we were impressed that every single employee made it a point to check in on us. The staff were super friendly and very nice.

Amazing seafood, subs, French fries and anything else they cook. I wish I lived closer. I use to really look forward to my Tuesday/Thursday 24, as Id get to go down there each shift God willing we didnt get toned out before, after or during (Which always happens) I cant wait to get over there this summer!

Such great comfort food. My absolute favorite restaurant/take out in the area. Everything made from scratch, even the various sauces, meats, side dishes: all made in-house.

My mom and I go out of our way to go to this place. The haddock fillets are awesome the burgers are awesome and the only other item Ive had the chicken tenders are also awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant

We are frequent patrons. The food at Cross Roads is something truly special. Everything we have ever tried has been a home run. They have the best chicken tenders in the state, and quite possibly the region. The staff is always warm and down-to-earth. My only criticism is that the decor could use some updating. You wont regret going here!

Hands down the best chicken fingers Ive ever had. I drive 20 minutes out of my way just for this chicken! Havent tried anything else as you can see Im a bit obsessed with the chicken but Im sure its all good. Theyre super friendly here too!

A couple weeks ago, my girlfriend and I were looking for some great fried seafood and decided to give Crossroads Restaurant a try. We chose to order take-out and bring our dinner home to eat while watching a movie. We each had the whole clams and sea scallops combo, which turned out to be some of the very best fried seafood weve ever had, and were very picky! Cooked to perfection, generous portions, very reasonable prices, and kind helpful staff! The place was a little hard to find but is located on the right side of the Strafford Appliance building. We look forward to stopping by again! Thank you!

Not a huge fan, staff could use some manners as well. Also, they had nothing to drink but a few choices of soda. I asked for water and he poured it from a container in the fridge that when I looked in my cup there was stuff floating in it. I did not feel like it was a clean or welcoming place, overall food wasnt terrible.

Amazing food, always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Texan Steak and cheese sub! Aaron the owner is very friendly and always cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

Chx tenders are second to none. Cant beat the hand battered fresh daily food. Love being able to stop in for a quick bite. This place is definitely a dive worth checking out.

Not a diner, you order at the takeout counter and they have about 10 tables. Took a long time to get food even though they were not busy. Food was good and good portions for the price though.

My husband and I were visiting from atl (city of amazing food) and we stopped in here with family and were blown out of the water!! My husband got a pastrami and bacon sandwich and said this was one of the best pastrami he’s ever had. I had a fried chicken sandwich and it was sooo good.

Great place. The owner is always there friendly and remembers just about everyone. The food is always hot fresh and tasty. Only thing I would recommend is if you have time constraints you should call ahead with your order

Know for their Freshly crafted chicken tenders, some of the best Ive has ever. The foods good, however the building needs a complete overhaul as its out of date and feels unsanitary.

My wife says that they have the best tenders in the area.

This is a great little small diner Weve been coming here from PA since our daughter became a student at UNH.Very fresh and delicious seafood fairly priced with top-notch friendly and polite service.

Best lunch in Dover. Fresh ingredients, nothing frozen . I have many favorites, today I had a Haddock Reubin it was great, his steak sub and chicken tenders are award winning.

We passed this place a million times and because the outside looked a bit divey never went in. Btw its small but actually cute inside. After looking up some good reviews we took a chance and got their Fish n Chips. Goddamn they were good! The fish was fresh and moist, the batter light and crispy. The Coleslaw was fresh made and creamy. The fries are homemade and were so good I ate them all which I never do with fasy food fries. Give them a try youll be glad you did! A+
