The staff was eager to help with all my questions even non pawn related inquiries. The video games and DVDs are the lowest prices I have ever seen. I would recommend shopping here.

This place is a joke when it comes to cashing checks. They do not have the technology to cash checks, quick and accuratly, and with the fees they charge, they are way over their heads. First off, I went in there around 4:30pm, to cash a check. I was waiting in line for about a half hour, when I noticed that there was only one woman working. There was also another woman working in the back. She was wiping down used merchandise to put on a table... for sale. Then, after about another 20 minutes, there were 7 other people waiting to be waited on. The 2nd woman didnt stop anything to help take care of the customers. I looked over, and seen a picture hanging on the wall... and she was the manager of the place. I dont know what kind of manager doesnt put customers first? Finally, I get to the front of the line, and the 1st woman said she would need to call the bank the check was from, to verify. This was their standard practice. Obviously the bank was closed. But, she failed to realize the bank had customer support 24/7. I believe she was calling the wrong number. She said she couldnt cash it till tomorrow when the bank was opened. They had no way to verify it. So, I took it to a Walmart, and had it cashed in two minutes... with far less fees. These women were rude, and the place was a joke. Very poor customer service.
