I had been holding on to my mothers Jewelry for almost 19 years. My son is getting married next year and we wanted to make sure my mom was there with us. We came up with the Idea of melting some of my mother gold and making my sons wedding band. Jewelry Creations went above and beyond in order to make this happen for us. The ring came out beautifully and I couldn’t be more grateful. They even took some of her stones and put them in a new setting for me to wear. Definitely made me tear up when they were completed. I live in New York and made a custom (very custom) ring for my mother with a large stone and 6 smaller diamonds, not a traditional design at all- and was all done over the phone and the entire process was so seamless. The design was exactly what I imagined and so much more, incredibly unique and just remarkably beautiful. Laura was who I dealt with from start to finish and she was an absolute dream, made everything so easy, as I had no idea what I was doing in terms of creating a custom ring for my Mother. I visited JC after a bad experience with a larger local jeweler. I first met with Laura to find a wedding band to compliment my engagement ring. She spent at least an hour and a half of her time helping me compare styles and products. Her suggestions and advice were imperative in making my decision. She also helped me look beyond “brand names” and find other smaller designers with equal products. At JC I was not a number, time slot, or a pay day. Customer service is absolutely top notch, just to start out with. The woman I spoke with on the phone and in the store, Mo, was so nice and so helpful. I brought my ring in to be resized, and it was ready the next morning! Literally less than 24hrs. I was looking for a way to repurpose some jewelry that I no longer wore. When my son was born I had the idea to create a new ring that would include some stones I already had as well as some new ones. The size of the stones was not typical for the setting I wanted, but the JC team worked with me to make my vision a reality - custom ordering and making the setting for my new ring. They bounced several options back and forth with me, were patient with my new mom schedule and had my ring done in no time! I was also impressed at the quality and color of the aquamaring stones (my sons birthstone) as smaller stones often do not hold much color. I absolutely love Jewelry Creations in Dover, NH.I have had two rings repaired and worked on there. One was my wedding band and engagement ring which were put together so the would not turn around to my palm of my hand and the diamond was reset with a bezel around it since my prongs were thinning and one broken off. The other ring was my grandfather’s ring, gold with two large diamonds and a sapphire which was dulled from wear. The sapphire was re-polished, diamonds re-set and sized with a thicker band. The sapphire glows the most incredible blue now and the ring is amazing. A real family treasure I will past on to another family member.The workmanship and customer service is impeccable.The store has fantastic jewelry collections and a must see

Everything I could have wanted. Took a family heirloom diamond and made it look like brand new again and set it in a perfect and somewhat affordable setting. And they did this on somewhat short notice. Staff knew everything I was looking for and best of all was not pushy what so ever. For a regular guy not knowing much about jewelry it was a very laid back sales approach with a professional attitude where you knew you werent being lied to. I had actually already ordered a band from another store and ended up canceling that order because Jewelry Creations had just what I wanted, for a price that worked for us, and they were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful in helping us pick and choose my ring (and my fiancés)! My wife noticed a bracelet in the window. When we entered the store we were greeted promptly and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Brett helped show my wife the bracelet along with a few other pieces of jewelry. The store’s dog mascot, Miles Davis, is the cutest and friendliest dog. Needless to say we made a purchase and plan to stop back again later in the week. I would highly recommend stopping in to see the jewelry and to meet Miles Davis!

I bought a custom engagement ring and then a couple years later custom wedding band from Brett at Jewelry Creations. I couldnt be happier with how the rings came out and the service I was provided. The first iteration of the wedding band wasnt perfect and Brett diligently worked to get it exactly as I wanted it within my timeframe. I was searching for an open jewelry store during Covid -19, an impossible task, to get my wedding ring and wedding band saudered. I just got married on Friday 5/8/20 Jewelry Creations was available by text messaging and told me that they can do it and they could have it back to me the following day. They not only saudered it, they inspected it free of charge and shined it up for us for no charge as well. We only paid the small fee to get the saudering done. We did not purchase our rings there yet they offer so many services, I had no idea! We dropped it off yesterday morning at 10:00 and it was ready this morning to pickup at 10:00!!! Talk about fast and excellent customer service from the entire staff. Laura, the sales lady was super funny and amazing, our entire visit. I call her the hostess with the mostess!
