Chelsea was very inviting from the start. This was my first time at a Dq definitely won’t be my last! The Banana split blizzard was amazing absolutely amazing!! My girlfriend got the mango pineapple smoothie and she loved it! We need more people like her. Thank you for the great experience!

The staff they have now is excellent. I get a medium shake and the smallest tiny mini blizzard cup, and put part of my shake in there and they even cut the straw for me, so my 2 year old can have a tiny shake. Also I have always had decent to great service here. Only thing... I wish they had hot foods like tenders or burgers... not both but at least one or the other

They are keeping the ice cream turned up to save on electric. We ordered and he went to make my cone and it was extremely soft . He threw that cone away. Then he said it will take a few mins to chill . After about 1 min he made the cone and was the same way . He threw that one away and we waited again. The third one and he made was a little firmer but by the time he went to hand it to me it sagged down past the cone, he wanted me to take it and I said no . I told him to just put the money back on my card and he just ignored me and tried a 4th time . It looked a bit better and I took it well while waiting for the blizzards the my cone was melting faster than it should of . If you cant afford to keep the temp down to keep the ice cream cold enough to serve then shut the doors .

Always love this place and the $0.80 buy one get one deal on blizzards is currently on. The harvest berry pie is my favorite.

The ice cream was exactly what you expect at DQ. What made this DQ special was the staff. The kid at the counter was amazing. We had a child that could not decided what to get and the counter guy recommended the cotton candy blizzard (it was not on the menus) but it was a huge hit! They also had our blizzards finished before we even finished ordering. It was a great experience! Well done gentlemen!

We 3 stopped on xmas eve 2019, around 8pm, this week for dessert and we found the 2 employees to be not only in great spirits for having to work on this holiday night, but most professional and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this location!! We thank you.

I got the banana split blizzard from the new DQ in Cheswold and the blizzard was delicious, but only had topping on top and not all the way through (bc its a blizzard that is what I expected). I went to route 8 bc I had to go in and was able to give my order and watch the magic happen! He explained how it should of been done and how he was going to do it! I didnt get slighted on my toppings and I paid extra for the pecans! It was mixed to perfection and I even had toppings to the end! That is how its supposed to be done and I enjoyed every bit and thats why I right this review of gratitude! DQ has been my favorite spot since the butterfinger blizzard and Im happy that the recipe for the icecream has never changed and something that will be passed down to my children to enjoy!

Today was a good visit in and out was it many people. The banana split was excellent.

The guys working were very friendly, considering it was busy. The only downfall was, I heard them talking about another crew member that was coming in for the next shift and they were bashing them. To me that put a damper on the great customer service.

We stopped by here because we were craving ice cream and I was craving brownies and what do you know they had both hear the brownie delight was amazing perfect mixture of ice cream and Brownie and hot fudge my son love just a plain vanilla Coon for some reason its his favorite other than the dining area being very small its a good place to stop for a sweet tooth fix stop by try it out you wont be disappointed

The food prep area was dirty, ice cream, sprinkles and toppings were splattered on the counter & equipment. The bathroom was also dirty. They stop serving food after 7 or 8pm, then its ice cream only. They dont have a grill so food is very limited. They only serve hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches and one or two simple items.

Even under busy conditions, the staff was friendly and expediate. We in and out relatively quickly.

My guy the employees are amazing, he helped calm me down as i was having an anxiety attack - super awesome cant wait to come here again.

I Oder banana split with extra extra nuts,Some one picked up for me.Wen I got it, there ware no nuts, I called the store,instead to try to help me the girl on the phone was arguing that they didn’t charge me for .NOT TRUE.I won’t go back there

The guys behind the counter are awesome! So usually when I go to a DQ I ask for extra, extra, extra hot fudge on my sundae and get maybe an extra teaspoon on it. Well we stopped in this DQ and asked for my usual sundae with the extra x3 and that is exactly what I got! The guy that took my order told the guy making the sundae what I wanted and he started by putting hot fudge in the bottom, then icecream, then A LOT of hot fudge! As we were walking out the door the icecream was melting! So good! Of course they charged extra but I got what I wanted for once. Cudos to the guys at this DQ for delivering customer satisfaction!

Quick in and out stop. Didnt realize hamburgers not served at this location. They did tell me the Camden location offered everything.

A good place that has great ice cream and respecting workers

How is one to know before entering the place whether this is one of those DQs that serves grilled food as well as ice cream? This one doesnt serve burgers. I fell into this trap after looking at online menus for DQ but, evidently you have to look at specific addresses.Staff was friendly, nonetheless, offering directions to another DQ that did serve burgers. I didnt bother.

I usually go to Dairy Queen on Forest Ave for just sundaes every week most 2x a week. I went in today, for my usual carmel sundae with chopped nuts. Unfortunately, I was short .58$ and the female manager whos personality is always colder than ANTARTICA. Any way she turned to the Lead employee an told him to throw it away. I wasnt surprised this knowing her personality, i usually try to avoid coming during her work hours. The other employees in there asre all so kind, they joke, and have great personalities. If I were corporate I would drop her down to lead and put 1 of the oth ers with great peopl e skills in place.

They have a very disgruntled employee. He got upset, grabbed his belongings and leftStated that he was going to turn this place upside down. After a few minutes he came back and said he wasnt going to tolerate anything. Got a blizzard, like normal and it was very liquidy

The worker’s said we can’t come in because they are closed but they are not i checked on the website and it says they close at nine it was 8:40 January 21st Tuesday

The store hours state 10 pm. I was turned away at 9:55 because they were “out of ice cream”. I understand it was right before closing but they should still honor their hours or say they close at 9:50.

Not a full service Dairy Queen, they do not offer the full menu. Rather disappointing. If youre craving hot food from DQ, then this is the wrong location for you. Otherwise, ice cream is on par.
