I was in the hospital in Canton because of breathing problems and had trakekey surgery after which I needed the setting on a Trilogy machine changed . The hospital contacted Dasco and Shelby came up and made the changes I need. Thanks for the service.
Had issue with oxygen machine-called and call was professionally handled and tech was dispatched and arrived in short order. By the way-live with my sister the actual client-Gretchen Hartford of Uhrichsville.The technician was named Daniel. He was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived with mask on and gloves-very considerate of our health.Daniel looked over machine and said it wasn’t working at standard norm and he was going to replace it with good one. He did then got it properly calibrated and then took the mo time to go over cleaning of filter, etc.Dasco gets a 5 star but honestly feel a 5 star for Daniels service, professionalism and demeanor is low. If your other staff are at his level, bravo to you.Finally thanks for quick professional help as it is scary when there are issues with such equipment!
Just wanted to commend a very polite and courteous equipment tech of Dasco- Dover, Ohio location.His name is Daniel Busby. He came and did a oxygen setup. Daniel was very professional, and had great knowledge of the equipment.He was informative and made me feel at ease in using the oxygen.
Daniel Busby came to set up my oxygen and did a wonderful job explaining the use and operation. This young man is very polite and professional!
Recieved call from Dasco to pickup oxygen machine on February 18th. After talking to lady I said I’d be home19th after 10:00, she said they call before coming. then had voice mail wanting me to set up appointment. This was after hours and automated system would not let me do anything. I called back at 9:15am on 19th and was told they would be here shortly. At 4:20 I called because no one showed up or called. Was told driver was not following his route and someone would call me within 20 minutes. It is now 6:00 and the machine is still sitting here after waiting all day for pickup. Evidently my time is worth nothing. They will have to wait till we are back in town to get their machine.
Daniel was very knowledgeable and courteous. Was very professional, nice and polite. I would welcome him back in my home anytime.
Monica and Tammy were both so nice and helpful. I moved here from another state and they helped me figure out how to change from my out of state supplier to them. Monica helped me look at new masks and choose a better fitting one. Tammy helped me when I thought Id been sent the wrong filter. (The design had been changed.) How nice to have live people you can go to with any questions you might have and they were so kind and polite as well.
Great service. Fast and friendly. Came on behalf of my husband his C-pap wasn’t working. Monica was willing to help me with everything. She definitely went the extra mile calling the doctors to help. And is also doing a little research to help with the insurance. She is fantastic. Give her a raise!!

This place is very unprofessional. When we started service with them, we wasnt told that we had to call and order oxygen tanks 48 hrs prior to delivery day.They only delivered to us once, after that we had to go to the office to pick up the tanks. When we called in to order tanks they asked how many we needed, we told them how many and went to pick them up and they wouldnt give us what we ordered.THERES NO LIMIT ON HOW MANY TANKS SOMEONE CAN RECEIVE A MONTH, WHEN EACH TANK IS PAID FOR BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE.
Monica was a great help with everything, from explaining the machine to helping me get fitted with a mask. Office was a little small though. They need more room. Service was great!
I would rate 6 stars if possible. All the employees have been excellent. Very understanding and very helpful. That is what keeps us with Dasco. Very thankful to have Dasco for a medical provider. We feel that they go above and beyond

Dover Dasco always takes care of my cpap needs. From time to time I have questions or concerns regarding my equipment and they always explain it in a way that I understand what I should be doing to properly use my cpap machine. I recently had an issue with my pressure. I called the office and made an appointment with Monica. After my visit I was so happy with her professionalism and understanding that it prompted me to leave this review.
Had to go there to help get my grandfather lined up with his cpap. Couldnt have asked for someone better to help set it up. Clayton did an excellent job!!!
I had a great experience with Monica who helped me with a CPap rental while I was trying to find my lost one at the Phoenix airport. Luckily mine was returned, but she was a big help in the meantime .
