Absolutely horrible since June 28th I have heard from no one I have called multiple times and left messages still in need of a hospital bed and a commode and a wheelchair that was called in with a script.

I would give negative stars if possible. Officious and bureaucratic customer service (I would not refer to what they provide as service at all). I have a broken CPAP provided by Lincare for 2 months now, and I have been trying to get a replacement it for nearly 8 months. At every turn, the goalposts move. Dishonest and unhelpful. Sea Breeze in North Hampton is far more responsive and has been exceedingly helpful with my CPAP needs.

I have used this office a few times when up on vacation. They are very helpful. The lack of the fifth star is for failing on me once but they had seen to it to prioritize my equipment and saw them after phonecall.

Cpap died. Rx sent for replacement. Working on a whole week to get in touch with someone other than the answering service. Calling doctor to get the script sent else where. Would not recommend.

I have never experienced such poor service ever before. Never show up when they tell you they will. Very hard to get them on the phone. Sad group. Find another service.

I dont understand how this company is still in business. I have been trying for nearly a week to get someone from this business to confirm for me that they received a prescription for the rental of a knee walker and cant seem to find anyone who knows anything at this facility. Very frustrating to deal with. The people that answer the phone, although very polite, cant answer any questions... they take messages that never get returned.

Great service and supplies renewal for 3 years. Now I have have been waiting for months for yearly renewal... for someone to call me back about being able to get supplies (filters, hoses, etc). I have made several calls, but always told........ will get back to you as soon as she is in the office tomorrow. DOnt know who else to go to for supplies for the CPAP machine I have. Very frustrating!3 months later.....Still have not received my renewal or any supplies from Lincare. I call every few weeks, and am told that I will leave her a message and she will get back to you. Either that, or its something on the corporate office end and we cant do anything about it. What is a person supposed to do????? This has now been going on since October!

My husband called this company in hopes to do business locally. The receptionist frankly told him they were not interested in selling supplies to him. She just hung up?!Why do they not want new business? Very odd. Maybe this place really is a front for something else?

Very poor communication. Had a very hard time getting accurate information from this company about my rx. Decided to take my business elsewhere after a 6 month battle.

Every time you call this company in regards to have supplies delivered to your home theygive you the run around when you go to ask them questions. When you do get your delivery its most always the wrong items. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.When you place a call to them the phone rings quite a few times before they pick it up. They also put you on hold and dont get right back to you. I wouldnt reccomend this company to anyone. This company has piss poor service.

Horrible experience calling in. AFTER holding for 20 minutes, I placed an order for CPAP supplies and the rep couldnt tell me how much my copay would be. Hmph. So they transferred me to another dept who could tell me that. After holding for another 20 minutes, that assoc told me they were unable to tell me my cost. omg. So they wanted to transfer me to another dept...and I told them I had already held for 20 minutes ...then she hung up on me!!! OMG how do they stay in business ???

Ive been waiting since December for just a CALL BACK. Ive had to cardiac incidents waiting for my breathing equipment to be delivered by lincare. Ive called 6, times just to be told someone would call me back. The call has yet to come and its now almost March .

No one ever answers the phone. And if your really lucky and do get a person they dont help you, send you on a wild goose chase with their supply company who just ends up refuring you back to them. I went without medical supplys for way too long before I finally went with another company. Lincare is an endless loop of disappointment.

The nurse is very nice and helpful, however this office has TERRIBLE communication and is severely understaffed. Questions and requests for return calls go 4-5 days or more at the least.

I have been waiting several weeks for a call to be returned so I drove over and was told the person I had to talk to was not in. I left my name and number and have been waiting for 2-3 additional weeks. I wish my insurance company would dump them.

It took me 8 months to get my Cpap supplies. I had to call them weekly for updates and every time I got a different reason. Once I called and was talking to Kelly who put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back only to hear that she had gone to lunch!

Service has been horrible. No call backs hard to get through . Always an excuse as to why delivery was not done, always short of drivers, always not having enough liquid oxygen...on on on and on.

Visiting this office gives one the feeling that it is a front for something else.It almost feels as if you are there to pick up an illegal drug prescription.
