I stopped at NAPA to get a replacement bulb for my taillight. The gentleman who helped me provided outstanding service. He even let me borrow a socket wrench to make sure I had the right bulb and that everything was in working order. Absolutely fantastic service. I highly recommend stopping in here if you need something for your car.

Great place to get all your car repair needs and parts.

Was given the wrong brake caliper...this resulted in about 2 hours of wasted time and $10 in brake oil and bleeder tool that they would not accept as return. In the past I have trusted NAPA for the knowledge and reliability of their staff. However, this store has significant flaws in their staff knowledge and education in automotive parts. It seems another review had a similar parts issue with the same sales person who sold me the wrong part.

I bought a car battery for my Ford Taurus here a few weeks ago. Really solid experience, from start to finish.I wasnt sure my battery was the issue at first so I called up the store and asked them a few questions. They suggested that I bring the old battery in and they would test it (free of charge) so I wouldnt buy a new one if I didnt need to.I brought the old battery in and they tested it right in front of me. Sure enough, my battery was fully dead. Im not car savvy so I really appreciated it when they explained that most car batteries last about 6 years and then showed me that my battery was actually 6 years old itself.Anyway, they brought out a new battery for me and rang me up. They gave me a discount for exchanging my old battery and another $10 off discount they had in a promo flyer. All told I paid $25 less than I expected to. One of the guys even got a handtruck out and wheeled the new battery out to my car for me (those things are heavy). Truly a 5-star experience, what more could I have asked for?

This guys were great. They were able to get the part I needed in 3 hours. I called every other part store in the area and everyone else was next day.

As far as finding my part, they did indeed help me. As far as the employee attitude, Id have to give them a 1 star. Normally whenever you say hi to someone, they should say hi back. Not at this location. Specifically theres a goth girl at this location who is very rude and seems to be a know it all thats great but just have some common courtesy.

Go here! Do not waste your time at any of those other stupid waste of space parts storesIve FINALLY learned that there is a huge difference in quality between NAPA auto parts and all the other stores.And a big plus was the knowledge of every single employee here is far superior that that of ANY other parts store employee.So youd be very wise to get in the zone and go to NAPA where QUALITY comes first!

The wheel bearing on our trailer went bad while we were on the road. The people at the napa auto parts were great! They loaned us tools and had all the parts we needed. We were able to get everything fixed and back on the road.
