I had an awesome conversation with the cashier and Everything was easy to find. All the products are displayed in an uniformed fashion. I bought some New products Im Ezcited to try out!! Your better off ordering products from another store that has a better online setup. They just reopened their store during the COVID19 pandemic. They have a sign on the door that states call in your order.When you call, they dont answer the phone. Then they have sone guy at the door you have to give a list to go pick out your order . Pure nonsense. They need to get with the times. Get a website up, allow for online ordering and curb side pick up. The owners are purely inept. I left the line immediately, went home and ordered my products online from amazon. Dont waste your time.

This place is amazing!!! I havent been to this store in over a year and when I stopped by today to purchase a drawstring pony tail it was so many choices I went into wig overload!!!! Lol. Whatever your style, colors, and length is from small afro puffs to 22 extra long ponytails this hair store has it!!!! Check them out. I know I will definitely be back!

Very disappointed.. with owner..Using my credit card for purchase..No pin..run as credit with id..Hes yelling put in pin#..You must have pin...Im a regular customer...so hostile!!!Wow.change of attitude...My husband paid with our other card,and badge. .

BUYER BE WAREI recently bought AQUA 100% Unprocessed Natural Hair for $169.00. The owner passed if off as real, virgin etc. I had the hair professionally installed and the hair turn out to be nothing what was claimed. The hair tangled, shedded and was in overall horrible condition. I went back to the store to question the owner about the hair. He yelled at me and claimed that he never had a complaint about the hair. Which is not true-there have been several consumers that have come in and complained about the same exact hair. This is a store and owner who clearly in unconcerned about customer service, customer, the quality of his product or repercussions for selling sub-par products. Please if you go to this store- dont buy hair and certainly dont trust the advise of the owner, he is a lier and more concerned about the bottom line and less about customers.

They did something funky with my PayPal card then told me to dispute the over charge took me a week to get it handled. $43

The store sold me expired skin cream and when I returned it, the guy was rude and said I didn’t purchase it there. I did go to the shelf and found another jar that was expired as well.
