Was pleased with how helpful Sharon was in assisting us with our purchase!!!Was not pleased that I had to call to see when my furniture was coming in . They had told me it would be in on Jan. 26th. I called on Jan 30th only to find out that they would not deliver it to the store until I paid another $30.00 dollars. I was never contacted or told when I put down my deposit that I owed more. I had already paid $800.00. Which was just less than half of the total purchase. I feel like that should have been told to me up front. Regardless I think it is ridiculous to hold my furniture longer because of $30.00!!! In the future I think it should be made clear to ALL customers if you require more money up front. I dont have money to burn so I sure was not just going to pay $800.00 and not come back to pay the rest and get my furniture. I could have gone somewhere else but chose to do business with you because I have purchased several things before and never had any problems.

I’m very familiar with this family friendly and respectfully oriented furniture and appliance store. I consider myself a long term loyal customer every since I was a young girl coming to this establishment with my parents and my grandmother, not to mention that this is where my husband and I purchased our very first brand new furniture and appliances together for our first home together as newlyweds, that’s been twenty years ago.

I called the El Dorado, AR store in advance about items that I found on the website, once I made it to the store the information that was needed to process the order was already in place, all I had to do was pay for it, and pick it up the following Tuesday. First time buying furniture for myself. Every employee was very kind. Helped me figure out financing a bed, my options. Even the guy who loaded my mattress into the u-hail was incredibly nice. My only complaint was the option to have it delivered.. it’s was $80!! Never would I ever pay that. I rented a u-haul for an hour and a half rather than had it delivered. But the service was top notch. Will buy from them again.

I like the way that Sharon took the time out to help me with looking for living room furniture, even though it was close to closing time. She didn’t try to rush me nor say that they was bout to close. She showed me some of the living room furniture that was in my price range and then she helped me with opening an account with them. There should be more sales rep, like Sharon. She’s an good asset to this company. The only cons was that I had to wait til my furniture get in stock.

We pay $600 for a recliner the tension Springs AR supposed to brake before 2 years are up I will say this I gave them a one star review they contact me and Im receiving parts for my chair I will fix my own chair but for them to contact me and try to make this right they will get more of my business
