Went there to purchase a washer and dryer and the set I picked they said they could not get it except for the cheaper ones and picked out 4 different sets why have all of sets of washer and dryer when they are not available

This store is always so well maintained and clean. I love having a small store here that I can walk into and know I’m always going to get greeted with a smile and spoken to! The sales people are all very nice and knowledgeable! And they even have appliances in stock! Will definitely always choose this store for all of my appliance and lawn and garden needs!

I was in store and noticed they had a really good deal on some pad sanders that I purchased for my husband. I also bought a dryer from them that they found and ordered on the computer for me. They are always so helpful and friendly. The store was very clean and smelled good. I love shopping at the local Hometown Sears store. Keep up the good work!

Staff was very nice. They had a great selection and great prices. Also the only store I visited that had appliances in stock. I love their lease option! It allows you to pay out without requiring credit.

Was greeted as soon as i walked through the door and the sales associate was very helpful. I am very excited that they now offer a no credit leasing program. You get new products with warranties and can even buy it out in 90 days.

In store would not honor online sale. I could have stood in the store and ordered the appliance with free pick up and saved 300$. They would not honor it. That is BAD BUSINESS!!

Needed a washer today and it was the only store i could find in El Dorado that actually had something in stock. Associates were all very nice and helpful and they offer great payment plans.

Went into store to buy a refrigerator...was pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean the store was. The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly....Im very glad to have a store like this in Eldorado..too far to drive to Texarkana or Monroe for appliances!
