Arrived at 8:00 AM, waited five minutes to open. Sign clearly posted prohibiting public use of restroom due to COVID, though no employees seen wearing masks.Never approached by staff to see if I needed assistance.Selected my items and at checkout I was asked if I found every thing I wanted. I replied no. The clerk said Im sorry and continued ringing up my items.Probably my last visit.

Ace is the helpful place. Love the selection and the staff. Great with questions

I love this store, its local, and normally they have what I need. If I have a question they can answer them. Unlike Sutherland, they are a joke.

Its a good sized store Ive gone into a few times. Over all Ive had pretty good luck finding what i was looking for. I did need assistance on one trip finding some plumbing supplies for a sink. The woman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable.

Local Ace is a great hardware store. Appreciate the loose bins of fasteners; dont have to buy full packet of screws when 3-4 will do. Wide selection of home and project supplies. Knowledgeable personnel give good advice. Recommended.

Kinda pricey, just like most hardware stores...its either pay their prices or drive 90 miles to Lowes or home Depot...so the choice is yours. Staff was okay...didnt get that big hello I expected when I walked in.

This El Dorado Ace is no comparison to the Ace in Augusta. Not even close!Augustas helpfulness is far superior.

They were courteous and answered all my questions and help me find the item that I needed to solve my problem.

Very disappointing visit. I arrived at the store at approx. 5:00 PM and needed assistance in the lighting aisle. I waited for about 20 minutes and tried looking for someone to help me. At 5:30 I gave up and went to the front where a young man leaning on the counter said Have a good evening I told him I would if I could get someone to help me. Rather than offer help, he just continued leaning on the counter, shrugged, and said Oh. At that point, I said, Oh well, there are other stores in town. and began walking out. Still was never offered any assistance. This was the poorest excuse for customer service I have ever seen! I have always tried to do business with locally owned or operated stores, but went to WalMart and had a pleasant customer service experience. Guess where I will shop from now on?

HAD what I wanted

I picked out my colors to pain my laundry room and they said go home and see what it looks like. I was very dissatisfied.
