Everyone was very helpful when I was asking questions about how the rental process worked. Locked in a great price by paying multiple months up front. Don’t have to worry about price increase for awhile. New facility. Very clean. No outside storage means u can drive INTO. A covered facility and not have to worry about rain, cold or heat while moving stuff in and out.

I was very pleased with the ease of contacting for the space and the pleasant experience with the two Brads. Apparently all the staff there is named Brad. I then drove my first load over and was blown away by the clean space and the pure ease of moving in. They readily had rolling carts available and easy access to the elevator. I purchased a second unit and plan to move from another storage place as this was such an uncomplicated and pleasant experience

Extra Space Storage is awesome! Clean, climate controlled and cheerful, helpful and friendly staff. Brad, the manager, helped me locate a second storage unit directly across from my first storage unit so I could easily downsize into a smaller unit. The Ellisville location allows you to drive your car inside the building, so you can load or unload in the air conditioning and out of the rain or snow. Really, really great decision to use Extra Space Storage in Ellisville.

Brad made renting a unit a simple, painless experience. I reserved a unit online and he called almost immediately to make sure he could answer any questions I had. Brad helped me cut my old lock and close out my unit. BEWARE OF PRICING POLICY!! 35% increase in rate in less than 2 years. This review is not about the facility. Its wonderful. Its about the lack of up front transparency that your monthly rate will go up every 3 - 5 months IF you dont elect to pay for 12 months up front. Our rate started at $197 in Feb 2018. Four months later, in June 2018 increased to $227. Nine months later, in March 2019 it increased to $247. Eight months later, in November 2019, it increased to $265. The wording on the rate increase notice states As a month-to-month rental provider, our rates are reviewed and adjusted depending on market condition changes.

The nicest storage space I’ve ever used, great location and convenient drive in facility. Brad at the front desk is the real difference maker though. Thoughtful and kind, Brad is extremely professional, helpful and just a nice guy who cares about his job, those people are few and far between. I am happy to do business with extra space storage.

Set-up was a breeze, all the prices were up front and reasonable (especially after their first month discount!), and the facility itself was roomy, clean, and easy-to-use. I was able to park right up against the elevator, and they had several free-to-use flat dollies waiting to help me the rest of the way from there.I could not have asked for a better experience storing my stuff.

I was able to lease only the small space I needed (5x5x4) and they made it affordable and simple. My things are safe and secure and I dont need to worry about the weather when I visit my unit. It has outstanding office space and storage space available for rent.And Brad Massey is the finest Captain of the Starship Enterprise. He is an excellent manager of this location! He is always on top of things technically and functionally and keeps the place looking beautiful. He works very hard and provides great leadership - whatever is necessary to get the job done and help the clients who use this location. His assistant Brad Rowe also provides excellent service and leadership at this location. I work for a company that rents out 4 office suites and a couple storage units at Extra Space. We have been here for almost 3 years and when a new company took over we were a little nervous on what changes were going to be made and how that effected our company. Jonathan (the store manager) has been awesome to work with! He has actually made this place run better and look better. He is always there when we need something or have a question. He got the parking lot fixed and helped us with getting more outlets in our office suites. Katie is awesome also! I wish she would come back to this location. Everyone loved working with her and she was always smiling. Please bring her back.

This is a really nice building! The office spaces are nice and the building seems fairly secure. The storage area in the back is always clean and brightly lit. Just dont get turned around because the place can be like a maze!!

My husband and I looked for storage places a few months ago and decided on Extra Space Storage in Ellisville, MO, even though we lived in Des Peres area (270/Manchester) - which is about a 20-minute drive.The reason we chose this (and paid more) was because of #1) their drive-in feature, which no one else has; #2) the place being kept clean; #3) the ample lights when you drive in, it kept turning on - one light after another; I felt very secure and safe; #4) their management/team (two Brads) were very pleasant to work with and were very accommodating to our needs.Weve only used the storage for two months, and our exit process was just as efficient with the team. I know when the time comes to where we need to store our stuff again, we will definitely go back. I strongly recommend this place! Thank you, Brads!
