COME HERE FOR ALL YOUR AUTO PARTS. DO NOT GO TO AUTOZONE OR PEPBOYS FOR PARTS. I brought a simple relay to autozone across the street and on a quiet day where there was 1 customer in the store with 4 employees, was ignored for 15 mins by not 1, not 2 but 3 managers who do nothing but aggravate people and only there to collect a pay check. Then the guy who you ask for help doesnt even know what a relay is or even want to use the computer to look up a simple part. I went across the street to arch and the members of their team are attentive and knowledgable in all aspects of automotive parts and mechanics. Paul didnt find the part in the system but instead of telling me go to the dealer he went the extra mile and checked all parts in stock. WHAT A MODEL EMPLOYEE.

Ok my car hurt almost in front of Arch, the Radiator rang, was between Autozone and Arch, I went to Autozone to horde the radiator and they told me I had the next day. I needed to move my car, I went to Arch and ordered the parye and they got me in an hour. I am very satisfied with Arch auto parts
