Feels has done it again. Another pop-up! This one the largest Ive seen for ANY beauty supply! I shopped here on the 1st November 2018 and Rosetta the pretty and knowledgeable cashier said theyve been here about two months.Shopping carts galore, aisle and aisle of product. Dont ask about the hair/wig section. Im lost in this space!Prices seem a bit steep for what they must pay for their product but hey, supply and demand at this part of the world right? People will pay what they ask just so they wont have to drive to Green Acres Mall the next closest Feels Beauty Supply.Ill definitely stop in when Im in this part of the neighborhood again.Did I say H U G E space!?! H U G E.Wonderful staff!I hope they last because this spot doesnt have the best reputation.The End.

Very beautiful stores, they have everything you need. I went there to get a wig due to hair loss from surgery and the wig I picked had a wave to it. I was shown what brush to get, along with leave in conditioner. Two weeks later I bring it back in, looking like a rats nest because I was NOT supposed to brush this particular wig. I am a first time wig customer so I only did what I was told. I purchased another wig, was told it could be brushed,(the salesgirl brushed it in front of me) and I left happy. One month later I come in(yesterday) just to look at backups and find one with real hair(mine was synthetic). As I am speaking to the salesgirl she asked if it always looked like it did at that moment-I said yes after all day...I was told at night to brush it out, put oil in the ends and flat iron it. She was shocked! Apparently thats why it looked the way it did. I feel like i was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge and have spent a great amount of money on items that should have lasted me a while. The young lady was very helpful and showed me a real hair wig that I am thinking of purchasing. I still have my receipt from the latest wig but Im not sure if they will work with me. I am willing to give them one last chance before I go elsewhere.

Ran to get a couple last minute items, and google stated they closed at 730 however at 710 they said they close in 5 minutes and only cash purchases were being accepted. Definitely wish the location closer to my house was open already... because I would have spent 25 minutes to be rushed out of a store 20 minutes early. Typically FeelBeauty is my go to supply store, today must not have been my day.

I loveeeee that they have everything here! However, the African lady working the front register has a bad attitude. She hardly answers like she don’t want to be bothered. She was on the phone chatting it up with whoever too much to care. First time coming and bad impression. At least the manager was helpful enough!

They have a good selection of hair and beauty products. Clean and organized.

It has everything I need but not accurate store hours. Arrived 45 mins before 8:30 enough to try on a wig but as soon as 8 hit. The store manager basically shouts closing time and looks at me and a family member. They basically rushed us out putting their coats and belongings on, turned of the music and everything. We got to the front and I try to confirm the time with the person at the register and she said 8:15 they close. So I said online it’s not 8:30 and she was just silent. Will not be spending my money in this location.

Misleading hours of operation. This place is HORRIBLE!! They have their hours on google and on their store front door as open until 8:30pm. After driving over 30 mins to get there I arrived at 8:18 to find the door locked. The rude security guard saw me walking towards the door and walked away and wouldn’t turn around although I had been knocking on the door repeatedly.I decide to call and they informed me they close the front door at 8:10-8:15 but they allow the people already in the store to stay there until 8:30. What a terrible waste of my time. They should change their hours to be more considerate of their customers. Never ever coming here again.

You can find absolutely any product made in this huge store. There is a range of products, Nail clippers, conditioner, equipment. The list goes on.

First time the cashier had a slight attitude when I asked where something was but overall the place is kept up nicely.

Ive been coming to this store a lot since they opened and always enjoyed the music and the variation of products they provide and the ladies that work there, until today. I went there because i needed some type of exchange or refund for this product because i bought 2. This young lady told me no over the phone and to not waste my time coming there because manager will only say the same. She was wrong manager was willing to exchange, but this new young lady kept asking why am i still here and i should read the sign. Extremely disrespectful and she has now made my experience not what it used to be.. She is not the manager and shouldnt be going back and forth with me.. I will now take my little dollar else where..

It was way better experience than before and looks like they have new staff which is a thumbs up for real. They hire most people with the worst attitudes and there was 2 people in the back that knew nothing bout hair and all they said was when you ready to try or buy let me know. And they have a limit of what you can try on. Pssss. I love my hair spot LUCKYS. They appreciate their customers and make sure we have what we came there for. Luckys next to western beef is always going to be HOME. They go out there way to know each person on a business and personal level in order to better serve us

Honestly, this store is close to the residence I live, there is another beauty supply store in the neighborhood, however this particular store has an item I frequently purchase. I do not like the atmosphere of this store, the vibe I myself intrepid, is not professionally friendly.
