MICE EVERYWHERE ! WARNING!!Unfortunately there are no options for zero stars. Visited last night to get a few things and at the last minute I realized that the snack I had in hand was falling through the bag. I took up another bag, a smaller hole was in there so I chose a different snack and realized everything was bitten by mice. I was in shock and alerted the cashier who dismissively said “Yes we told the exterminator” Now at a disbelief I asked “You don’t see the importance of closing the infected aisles?” Cashier stated, “That’s not my job”.In fear that a child or elder would fail to notice the health risk, I waited for the manager who stated “We clean the aisles daily and called the exterminator”. I walked her to see the boat load of mice droppings and asked if she cleaned the selected aisle... all I received was silence.

Its ok but the staff seems apprehensive when it comes to talking to customers.

Extremely rude people working here . Get better associates they tell you know about everything never try to help you

In 2019 I took my belove mom to get a flue shot and pneumonia shot . I was skeptical to get both shots at the same time I ask the girl it was ok she assure me it was when we left my mom said she didn’t feel good then next day she went to her center and came home that evening and died in her sleep I still feel that those shot hat something to do with her passing but I can’t proof it .

I hate this Walgreens!!! The pharmacy dept is helpless. They don’t know anything, they don’t pick up the phones with manners, they do not help customers with questions or concerns. It’s sad that they wear their pay rate on their faces and aura! It’s horrible! Not happy?! Pick another job!!!

Worst place you could ever visit, poor management and customer service. If I could give zero I would, visit CVS instead!

Wasted 20 minutes trying to get the Pharmacy on the phone to ask a simple question about my coverage. The automation disconnected me twice while waiting to talk to the pharmacist. Finally got the pharmacist, told her my question, she puts me on multiple holds, then disconnects me.

HORRIBLE.. DONT DROP OFF FEDEX PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION . THEY HAD MY PACKAGE IN THE BACK FOR DAYS NOT EVEN PICKED UP BY FEDEX.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Only reason for the two stars is because most of the young people working there are nice. This location needs better management. Every time I walk in that place theyre only one register open. Then after a while when they feel like it, they will open another one. The lines are horrible. A few times I walked out. I go there because of it being convenient. Outside they allow people to park in the fire lanes which is another disaster in the parking lot. Thats another story. Smh

Pharmacy picks up the phone and hangs up. Rare that you’ll ever be able to get through. Not nice. Corporate needs to have employees review company policies as a reminder. For this reason I prefer CVS.

DO NOT USE WALGREENS! ANY OF THEM! I wish I could share a photo and a video! A man DANCING in front of the door with a radio and a tip jar. You have to go around him and hope to not get hit with him jumping around! Not to mention LAST MONTH they filled my prescriptions THREE DAYS EARLY, today I get a text my refills are ready. I go there to be told ONE is ready, one is TWO DAYS EARLY! Last month BOTH were filled on the same day! BOTH the same drug class I might add. I am handicap. For me to go back out, drive over there AGAIN is insanity! Im going to Curewell Pharmacy! Voted best on LI 2017 & 2018! Im sorry but for the money YOUR insurance company pays them Im giving it to a small local pharmacy that will APPRECIATE my business.

Always well stocked and clean. Staff are very friendly. Has a pharmacy on site. Wait times at the pharmacy are long at times and the wait times at the registers are excessive during peak times. Would benefit from opening up more registers to ease congestion.

The place is okay. i go there because it close to my house but when good sales come by, this store gets sold out pretty quickly. the staff is nice, it depends who you talk to. and sometimes the lines and get very long but thats life.

Stood by photo pick up for more then 10 minutes no acknowledgement by staff that seem to be helping one person ....finally a manager appeared and quickly paged another associate to assist me.....waited by myself for 15 minutes for a transaction that was completed in one minute

The night manager Kevin is horrible he has no customer service experience, he should not be a team leader, always on his phone and totally disregard customer questions. I was there 10/20 around 8:45pm, I asked him for a product he say he will be back. He didn’t but I continue to browsing around and there he is at the cosmetic counter speaking about all the money he has to spend on his car. Poor poor service. Will express this to the manager on Monday.

Once upon a time, I used to love shopping here, but the past year or so service has gotten horrible. The new sale starts on Sundays, and half the time the stuff on sale isn’t in stock. There’s almost always a solicitor blocking the damn door. There’s the crazy guy with the radio dancing, the smelly, fat guy with the wheelchair or a group of kids asking for money for their “sports team.” Like can I shop in peace??? Went there last Monday, the store reaked of urine and I also went yesterday 7/9/18 and it smelled like something died in that place, many customers including myself walked out holding our breaths. I’ll spend my money at a different Walgreens or CVS a few blocks up.

This Walgreens pharmacy doesnt take the time to do what needed for their customer. I came from Savannah Ga on vacation I had prescriptions in the system that I didnt know was controlled substance Ambien and Lyrica. They told me to have my doctors to fax it over, then they said no it have to be e scribe and the other mailed. Not once did they called my doctors to see what was needed to be done or called the Walgreens in Savannah Georgia. Im not a pharmacist or a technician in that field but they act as though I was and given me as well wrong information. Secondly I had a hard copy for one of my prescription and they took it and advised me to go to the other neighborhood Walgreens because they was out of it, I went and the Walgreens told me they never call and they didnt have the medication either but they checked the system to see who had it and all of the nearby didnt have it. I then had to go back and get my hard copy and by then I was angry but I remain calm and ask for my hard copy and the tech says I didnt tell you that they would have it, I just shook my head and left because if she would of did her job and checked the system before taking my hard copy it would of save me gas and hours of back in fourth. Went to CVS with no problem. Stay far away from this location, for they are LAZY, UNCONCERNED, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would of given a zero.

The customer service sucks. Employees rather restock shelves than provide a helping hand. The conversations between employees are unbelievable. Obe youbg female employee was talkibg about sex during my checkout process at the photo center. Other than the horrible service, they always have what I need & its very convenient. Just not professional enough.

I dont recommend you guys to go to that pharmacy . They dont have no patient to help and make you feel like you annoying by asking questions. Customer service is very sucks.
