I give this metro a 5 start because Gurvinder has great Customer service skills. Very friendly and speaks a little Spanish which was so helpful. Easy Process and I’m very Happy customer.
Wanted to give a quick shoutout to Metro by T-Mobile representative Gurvinder. Thank you for doing your best to give us your patience and excellent customer service. Gurvinder was very informative to give us the best affordable plan for my family. He did his best to assist us with transitioning over from our Altice mobile service. From my short observation, Gurvinder did well to exude politeness as he customer calls when unboxing store products etc. What I really appreciated about Gurvinder was his interaction with other customers coming in and out of the store. No matter what the person looked like or how the person spoke, he gave us all warm and kind customer service, going so far as to speak simple Hispanic phrases to some Hispanic costumers. Thank you Gurvinder, we appreciate your kind service, God bless.

This store is complete trash. Im sorry, i give everyone a chance, but my experience sucked. They couldnt activate my phone properly, and then after they got it done. The phone was shut pff the next day and i had to pay an additional 45 bucks, because he forgot to charge me that fee.
