My father lost one of his hearing aids, which were several years old already. I found Clear Choice through my dad’s health insurance, which had recently started covering hearing devices. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a skilled audiologist and his expertise and professionalism in dealing with my father, who is in his late 70s and has dementia, was invaluable. Kevin was also patient and diligent in navigating the insurance company’s red tape. My dad is quite happy with his new hearing aids, and I’m very happy he and I can again communicate more easily by phone and videochat with the pandemic still going on. 10/10!

Be careful of these guys. I arrived for my hearing test and checked to make sure they had the correct replacement hearing aid for the unit which I had lost. I was very specific with them as to the fact that I was replacing a lost unit. Not only did they not have the replacement unit, they did not even have a current account with my current hearing aid manufacturer. This was a classic bait and switch. I left never to use Clear Choice again!

Terrible!!!! I let the office mgr Lenore know that I had to use epic hearing for hearing aids & she had me set aside 90 min for my appointment a week ago. (5 days notice) I told her all the details, she assured me not to worry and come in for the appointment with Kevin.Well I get there on time, fill out the paperwork, and tell him I was told I would get a free hearing test & he wont do the test, Claims that he has to check with my insurance as to my coverage, that hed get back to me in 2-3 days. Zip, nada. Wasted my time/gas & had to wait 90 min for my next appointment. He didnt care whatsoever.
