We had Reuben sandwich, chefs salad, a bowl of todays soup (clam chowder), and a grilled cheese sandwich for kids. All were tasty! Outdoor seatings are very cute. The cashier and the chef were all so kind and friendly. Id love to go again!

Went for breakfast with my daughter on a Saturday morning and had a great experience. Food was good and the people working were very friendly. It got incredibly busy while we were there and there only seemed to be 2-3 workers so there was a line. I wanted to get a to go coffee for my wife but the line was longer than I wanted to wait in. But can’t fault them for being busy, that just means this place is good!

The Ruben... It was all I experienced here this time but let me say it was premium cuts of corned beef on a toasty rye bread that met all of my Ruben expectations. Come here just for this sandwich, seriously, its $9 and comes with chips. Im sure the coffee is good but the only thing I can say is that the staff was great and made it more of a restaurant experience than anticipated from a coffee shop.

All the food and drinks have an artisan taste and presentation, all the way down to the execution of delivery by the friendly staff and owners. So happy to have this place in my backyard. I have been coming here since December of 2020. I frequent here at least once a week. Everything on their menu is fantastic. I have to suggest the fried shrimp quinoa, the carnitas tacos or the chicken sandwich. The drinks are incredible and the seasonal drinks are even better. But the best part of it is the loving staff. Come in once and they will remember you for life. They get to know what you like and will suggest great new things to you. Come in and experience the great atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Superb spot. Stop here for sure. Great food. We had the mushroom Swiss burger. It was awesome. Very nuanced layers in the structure and a brioche to die for. The vibe is relaxing and elegant. The family that owns and runs the cafe are hospitable and kind. The sweets look unbelievable!!!

Great food in a wonderful atmosphere. The food was carefully prepared and wonderful.The portions were good sized. Not excessively large and certainly not small. It is nice to find a place that serves reasonable sized potions.I had a Cubano sandwich which was perfectly grilled. The flavors were excellent and the bread crisp and warm. Only thing I did not care for was the mustard (personal taste) which was not listed on the menu description (the owner plans to correct this). But even with the mustard this was a great sandwich.My wife got the Garlic Shrimp Quinoa which was excellent as well.The lunch menu was not huge, but it was a selection of unique and wonderful sounding dishes. We look forward to trying some others.They also have a large selection of coffees and pastries which we did not try this time.The atmosphere was quaint and warm. And the place was spotlessly clean. The old stone house with wooden beams give it a pleasantly rustic and welcoming feel. The outside dining area was well laid out and there is even a small covered area that looks charming (my picture does not do it justice)The owner was friendly and helpful and the staff were very pleasant.Prices were reasonable.Bottom line, it is worth the drive out from Ephrata to visit. We will be back.

Great people, great food

We thought we would try a local breakfast place to support the community. Ordered and waited and waited and waited. An hour later we had to ask for our drinks to be made to go since we still didnt have drinks let alone our food. Very disappointed as the reviews seemed to trend in the direction of a good spot to stop.

Delicious. They whipped up one of the tastiest London fogs Ive had for a long time. The bread on my panini was just the right consistency of softness and crustiness. Not like most joints where the bread is hard and you come away with an aching mouth roof.

Loved it will definitely be back. Love how everything was fresh.

I enjoy going to Stonehouse Cafe.The Eggs Benedict are my favorite for breakfast.I also think they have the best iced mocha latte (good coffee flavor and not overpowered with unnecessary sweetness).Owner and staff are friendly.Cafe is clean and nicely decorated.

Great Family owned Cafe! Food is great with more of abistro style menu. Got a full breakfast of eggs, homefries and scrapple. The Café au lait was made to perfection! Highly recommend!

The food here is absolutely amazing! No pictures unfortunately but that’s because we eat the food too quick 🙂. Everything tastes super fresh with quality ingredients, and the pricing is extremely reasonable. If you are a breakfast person, the French toast is by far some of the best we’ve ever had. All of the employees are very welcoming and friendly. This place is a must try!
