Terrible! DO NOT give your USPS packages here! Gave a package on Saturday and it was not picked up until Tuesday!!! I could have waited until Monday and gone to the post office then. Spent 18 for priority and tracking and my package will not arrive as they originally stated. So angry and frustrated as it was a gift and wanted it to reach by the persons birthday.

New owners must have taken this location over because they are now amazing!!!Great hours, super customer service!Amazon returns cant be easier!

I’m not sure how this place has less than five stars. They seem to be open more hours then any other ups store and the kind gentleman Eric that works there is always trying to help everyone in anyway he can. Every time I’m waiting for my turn I hear how helpful and polite he is. Absolutely wonderful to see these days. The only UPS store you need.

I was told by Amazon to go return at Amazon fresh in Paramus(which is NOT open yet) When I realized it was not open, I had to go to the nearest UPS store that is open on Sunday! I thought all UPS stores are close on Sunday. That is not true! This UPS is open on Sunday until 3:00!!! When I got to this UPS store, I realized I need a box. I didn’t have time to go home and come back. And there was BIG snow storm heading next day. I was hopeless until staffs helped me to finding a box that fits. I was able to send my item back to Amazon. Yay! Thank you again!

I usually go to the UPS store in Maywood.The people there arent friendly but it is close. For some reason it was closed this one Saturday. I went to the UPS store in Fairlawn on Saddle River Road. I explained my situation and the associates were so knowledgeable and accommodating I felt comfortable knowing I was with experienced associates. I will always go back to this store knowing that any particular situation i may have will be handled correctly and professionally. This will now be my go to UPS store.

Very busy store but staff was so friendly and accommodating. I forgot to bring the return label but they had printing service which saved me another trip. Thank goodness

As far as the UPS Store in 6-05 Saddle River Road Fair Lawn, NJ. The older smaller guy in the grey sweater was very unhelpful, and seemed to not want to do any work. Went there and said I spoke to Direct TV, and they said to go to any UPS Store. Went there and he said they don’t do Direct TV returns. I told him, I was told to go there, he again doubled down. He said, “ You can call any other UPS Store, they will say the same thing, we do not have AT&T/Direct Tv returns. I left a bit angry and went into my car and called 2 other UPS Stores, each of them said YES, we have a national account with AT&T/DirectTV, and we will accept the returns. Both stores said all UPS stores are supposed to accept returns. I went back in and the same guy again said sorry, we don’t do the AT&T/DirectTV returns. I told him I called 2 other UPS Stores as he dared me to ask, and they both said you are supposed to. He said sorry and said he can’t accept it. I told him look if you don’t feel like working then state that, but don’t lie to me. He said that it’s not that he doesn’t want to work but that UPS Stores don’t have AT&T/DirectTv accounts, and apologized again. I said I’ll ask your assistant, and he was oblivious to the whole conversation. I asked him and he said YES, they do have an account with AT&T/DirectTv, but at the moment their systems are not working, and they cannot be processed. I said to him, then you should share that with you co-worker, as he didn’t know that, he states you just don’t have an account with AT&T. He looks over and asks him why he say that, and made the corrections to him. I then said fine, I just don’t like to be lied to, and you should both talk to each other before telling customers lies or bad information, especially telling me to call other UPS stores to confirm your lie is correct and walked out. Went to the UPS store on 12-45 River Road, whom was 1 of the stores I called and they confirmed all UPS stores are supposed to accept AT&T equipment returns and they helped me with no problems at all. Charles the manager was great and so was the assistant Zack.Super Smart and easy to work with and really no hassle at all. Just knew their jobs and how to perform. Will be back to the River Road store and tell my friends and family for sure.But will also tell them to AVOID THE SADDLE RIVER ROAD UPS STORE !

I drove around for an hour looking for a UPS store to ship something urgently to my daughter and finally found this store.So thankful this store stayed open when most stores were closed due to pandemic. Just for that it deserves 5 stars!!!

Very gentle old man serving here by himself. I want to thank him since this is the only place anywhere near by who accepts Amazon return during this COVID crisis. I know that they get paid very little per return package and they barely make enough money to even cover the overhead. No wonder he looks so sad and He must be really scared these days since he is facing so many people and don’t know who is infected. He is hidden hero who makes it possible for people like me to shop at Amazon with no worries if returns are needed. Thank you.

Im giving this location 5 stars because I love that its a clean, easy to work with and convenient mom & pop store. I feel so badly for this owner who probably has no idea that the reviews here are horrid, all because the hours listed were incorrect for so long. People (understandably) relied on Googles published hours and would be upset when he was closed. I just put in a suggested edit to the system to correct the stated hours to match his physical sign. Its a one-man show and Im all about supporting small businesses. He is kind and gracious, and while its not a typical full service facility (he has mailbox rentals and accepts shipments)... having this service in this community is valuable. Hope this helps!

Don’t bother, I called to be sure that a notary would be there when I planned to come, was told they would be, come later that day and the person left for the day, I was told to just come back tomorrow morning like it shouldn’t have been an inconvenience for me to be told false information and rearrange my day for nothing.

I walked in to see if I could get something printed and they told me they dont print. Right about the persons head was a big sign saying Printing. When I asked about it they said it was up to the owners discretion. Go to a different one.

Store front says pack, ship, and print... i had an item i needed packed / shipped, and also had a shipping label i needed printed... the employee said they could do neither of the three despite having no customers - this place is terrible

Store closed earlier than the time it was supposed to.

The store says they close at 7:00 I arrived at 6:50 pm everyone was gone and store was locked . I rushed out of work to make it before they close for nothing . Never coming back

The site stated 8 am open time. Drove here based on that to find hours posted on door to be 8:30 am. Am visiting nurse and time constraints prompted me to drive specifically to this site only to find it closed. Frustrating and false advertising

Got to this location at 3:50 and the place was closed! Why post on your door, in front of your business and on the website that you close at 4pm if youre not going to be open till then??? This is the second location that has done this on a Saturday! UPS needs to GET IT RIGHT ALREADY.
